We had a perfect late night dinner here. Waitress Ann was especially friendly and relatable, we loved having her!! Our food was delicious, although it wasn’t the hottest. I have no complaints about the night.

Went for a slow Wednesday afternoon happy hour treat for some self care …. Huge bar with a million TVs with all the games on … Sat at the bar …. Trialed 4 flavors of wings, all were very good, wings were crispy and tender, sauces were sticky and delicious, and the blue cheese was house-made or at-least seemed that way …. Excellent selection of beers on draft … highlight of the visit was the superb and attentive service from the Bartender on that day Leigha (sorry if I am misspelling your name), anyway she was excellent and made for a wonderful experience … Will definitely return and would recommend over other sports bars I’ve been

I love to go in on Tuesday's or Wednesday's when Dominique is the bartender. It's always a good time and she provides the best service. If I go in and she's not behind the bar, I'll leave and go somewhere else. Fun place for a beer and Trivia on Tuesdays!(Just make sure it's Dominique working!)

Food is very really good, wings, pretzel burger, sweet potato fries, their tacos are all great too! My burger was cooked perfectly and not over cooked like most places. The service is good itself, but food is very slow to come out. If you have kids, order their meals ASAP. Every month they have great specials almost everyday of the week, food\drinks ect. Place is nice with many tvs, more tvs than I ever seen before, there is a nice bar and great drink menu. My only issue with this place is the inside needs a fresh coat of paint, all the walls, trim and bathrooms need repairs, and need some TLC.

First time here and this Stromboli was everything! Definitely will be going again and having more of those electric lemonades🤤

Absolutely nothing to complain about! Actually everything was perfect from service and food to setting and drinks. We got a Stromboli again but oh my what a boli, pretzel dough and the marinara sauce was delicious. Also had a perfectly cooked medium burger on a pretzel roll as well👌. This time I went for a Long Island and it was delicious and well balanced (I got 2). Amazing experience again, from the greeting we received from the friendly bar staff to the server going out of his way to get a propane tank to get us a fire going even though we were the only ones there outside, they did an excellent job to make us want to keep going back.

Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten our waitresses name cause she was amazing; She Kept a smile on, was very attentive to our needs and did an amazing job on food and drinks for us.

Lots of TVs and good music playing. Sean was our server and was fantastic. Our first time here and we will be back for some of their specials.

My friend and I went as a last minute dinner option. We just sat at the bar because it was just two of us and was just going to be a casual experience. I love the option of having antibiotic free chicken. So I chose to go to this restaurant! Plus, they have very good salads. We had decent service, but it would have been a little nicer to have a bartender that smiled once in a while. There were 2 behind the bar, a male and female. The female was our server.

Update:
Was there yesterday 10/4/23 the bartender was horrible. Very impolite, had to call her for everything because she never checked on us. The guy who brought our food out to us, kudos to him! He saw she never gave us silverware, so he went and got it and then made sure our food looked good before leaving. That was the ONLY customer service we got 🤦🏼‍♂ I don’t know her name but she was the only female behind the bar at 6pm and it wasn’t busy.
Was there two weeks ago and that bartender was very nice! I’m not sure of her name though. I’ll update my 2 star service after another visit, that girl shouldn’t have a job.

This is a fun stop. Best place to compare for atmosphere would be Buffalo Wild Wings in my opinion and this beats them by far! They’re both sports bars with a bunch of TVs but I like Aroogas a lot more! The staff is friendly at both however the menu is much larger and my style food at aroogas.
I’ve only had one bad experience which I spoke with a manager and she made sure I would come back by giving me a complimentary gift card! I’ve never had a bad experience since then!
Great place to go with a couple friends and catch a game on TV! Or go with a family and sit in the table section.

4.7 stars wings were great. Doughnut burger was ok. Pretty lame pattie. But good flavor. I'd definitely go back!

The air in the Arooga is nice with a great atmosphere as you sit in to dine or even take out. The food speaks for itself; I personally prefer the Cheesesteak Boli as u see in the picture. I must say that they have a ridiculously big option for a pretzel, it's pretty cool to see.

Chill place to be with plenty of TVs with various sports on them. Service is great and the food is delicious. Wish they gave out more fries though. But that's just me, I like my fries. Anyway, would definitely go back when I get the chance.

I only go on nights when Cheyenne is working. She’s very personable and hardworking!! We love Sunday football with Chey!

Always a good place to stop and get a bite to eat and a cold drink. The pulled pork street tacos were good along with the crab soft pretzel.

One of my go-to's in Lancaster after a long day of working because of the friendly staff, especially Cheyenne's amazing service as a bartender!

It took about an hour to get delivered but it was 8pm on a Saturday, so I figured they were busy. The pretzel was HUGE! Literally came in a pizza box it was so big! I got their veggie Stromboli which was amazing! I never had eggplant like that before and I loved it! Their impossible Chilli was kind of spicy but very delicious! Mac and cheese bites had a little tang too but were amazing! And the wings were good! Definitely would recommend!

I appreciate that the menu has gluten free options clearly posted on menu. My food was delicious. My waiter was very friendly and attentive. I gave 5 stars but I have 1 complaint. The host wiped our table with a rag before being seated however she did not use sanitizer or cleaning spray. There was a knife left on the table from the prior diners. There was what looked like a jelly stain left behind on our table. It was gross.The surrounding tables were not cleared and cleaned the whole time we were there though they were not occupied. The floor badly needed swept. The restaurant was not extremely busy so I’m confused as to why it looked so unkept. Anyone with a gluten allergy knows how hard it is to find a place that serves gluten free options. It’s even harder to find a place that actually list gluten free options on the menu. The food was delicious and this the reason I would recommend the this restaurant to the gluten free community. This is why I still gave 5 stars. The gluten free food out ways the mess.

Love love love this place. Food is always delicious and the atmosphere is awesome! Been going here for years and years and the food is always consistently good! Highly recommend the crab pretzel, sriracha chicken ceasar salad, the burgers, cheesteak boli, and the buffalo blue sauce is off the chain!!
