I ordered a bed frame online, when I got to the location I was informed the bed was not there. Mike was very understanding with my frustration and was so helpful and generous! I ended getting a bed within my budget. Mike is a wonderful employee there! I highly recommend! :)

My family and I have been wanting a new couch and we tried to go the cheap route of buying something from Facebook market place... that wasn't working out to well. So we decided to take a look at what American Freight has. We walked in there and saw a few couches that we liked... we were not sure if it would fit in our living room so the women that helped us (I wish I had her name) gave us a measuring tape that we could walk around with until we were done deciding what we wanted. There was a couch we really liked but she said they didn't have any in stock the only one that had was the floor model. My husband said if they will take 20% off we will take it she said 15% and we agreed. The purchase took no time at all and my couch was delivered the next day. One of the smoothest purchases I have every made.

I have used this organization twice. Each time I was serviced by the sales associate Donnie. Donnie is AMAZING!!! He helped me with my buying decision. He provided his honest outlook on quality and stability of many different products. He took the time and provided me with great customer service. He explained the service agreement delivery and setup. I was elated at the service I received and I was provided all the information needed to make a informed purchasing decision.

Donnie is one of the best customer service reps I've ever came across! He is extremely knowledgeable helpful and caring! He goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. He definitely made getting new furniture an experience!

There are huge selections in the store, and if they don't have it, they can order it for you. Staff is really nice. Prices are really good. They also have an easy to apply for finance program.

Great store great salesmen overall great place with warranties and free layaway. If you no longer want the item and want to cancel the layaway they do that as well. You will receive your full deposit back with no questions asked. John is the best. He was attentive to all my needs. Overall great guy. Thanks a bunch

Stephen refunded me for everything after several failed attempts to get the couch replaced. I appreciate what Stephen did for me after all that has happened. It seems like a tough place to work. I am grateful for Stephen taking the time to help me, and fix everything. 5 stars there!

I purchased my living room furniture set in February. I had 2 couches fall apart within the first two weeks. The first one was replaced, but the replacement fell apart within a week. The sofa we purchased has weak seems, and stuffing was falling out the bottom. Definitely zero stars for this sofa.

After a few months of trying to get a second replacement, (there was so much back and fourth, and a lot of misinformation, and confusion) I spoke with Stephen and he got the ball rolling. If you buy furniture at this store, be sure to check the seams, and the quality. I am sure they have better couches than the ones I bought, but just in case be aware.

Well I could write another review under my name so I needed to add a different user. I just wanted to give recognition to John. He called and followed up with me. This is the kind of employees American Frieght should have. He was very understanding and apologized on behalf of his colleague. John restored my faith in future purchasing. Thanks John

We went into the store very undecided what would go with the color of our new walls, Conner assisted us from the moment we walked through the door. We went to the store in Scranton, pa. Our sales associate, John Bach, was very personable. We could not only relate but he answered all our questions and made our shopping experience well worth our wild. We are happy with our choice to come here.

The guys at American Freight were great!! My husband and I were looking for affordable furniture at good prices and everything there was a find!! Brandon was beyond helpful in finding what was best for us and very knowledgeable. He, along with the warehouse manager, made what easily could have been a stressful purchase into an inviting and flawless experience. Unfortunately we did have some issues with the delivery company (who is a separate entity) but Brandon and the warehouse manager were very quick to fix all and any issues for us. If I am ever looking for additional furniture for my home I will definitely be going back to America Freight and Brandon. Thanks guys!
