Rent-A-Center

I came in not really knowing how rent a center works and Brian and Eric helped me out explaining into detail what they do and how it works. Even answering my dumb questions lol but they were great. They gave me a couch at discount and I LOVE my couch! They also did delivery and it was fast and on time! Amazing team definitely going here for my stuff from now on! Thank you guys!

Even though I still have not received the item, the staff is improved. And Brian offered other resolutions, although I declined the temporary option. I hope to receive this item soon.

You will never be disappointed with how rent a center does business. and anyone looking to rent will get the best product at the best price the service was so amazing beyond any expectation you might have. ( trust me ) I've looked all around and this is the place to rent from and I live in st george not cedar city haha and they still delivered in a timely fashion. because we needed a washer anyone else had a ridiculous price but not this rent a center. they took care of us completely and are completely professional. ( they treat you like family ) example: I called for the first time gave them my name and sure enough the second time I needed to call they knew exactly who I was haha like what ???? No way. I felt like I was walking into my grandma's house and she was gonna have dinner ready soon. and we were gonna sit as a family and cut it up for a while. haha never had service like I did here they actually sound excited to have you like they actually care about what they do. I don't know about anyone else but if we ever need anything else again we will be back. and recommend to anyone else this rent a center and if you don't believe me try it and prove me wrong haha. So what are you waiting for!!!! call right now and be apart of the family.

Let me tell you the service is is continuing to be unbelievable we needed an item once again and rent a center which I now consider to be apart of our family was there for us once again unbeatable prices and in a timely manner I wanna help make this rent a center a 5 ☆ place as it should be we love these guys so much and a shout out to the driver as well he was awesome!!!! This is our go to place for whatever we need I couldn't stop thanking them haha it's the best experience I've had I recommend this store if you want something and if they don't have it they will find what your looking for I'm in total amazement to the service and product we received thank you so so much rent a center in cedar city for helping us get what we needed when we needed it we live you guys anyone else out there go here if you want you desire or need they will truly be there for you :)

I was in the store talking to an employee named Victor. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the TV and got me a super sweet deal. Needless to say, I bought the TV from Victor. Victor has earned my trust and therefore my business.

Always have what I need. And the staff are always doing their best.

The new manager and team has been amazing to us. Found out they start early in the day and stay out til all jobs are finished sometime bairly seeing there own family's to help make ours comfortable, had a boy battle a hail storm to fix a part of my drying I'm renting. A part that's not part of my plan but the mgr covered himself... If that's not great customer service then Idk what is... 5 stars all the way :)

This is a rip off, after you payoff your product they keep charging 13.80 out of your account. It says its a membership fee. Watch out for this

Really really friendly staff have all the information you need to purchase and thing from TV's to front rooms to kitchen, bedroom, to laundry.

Super friendly, fast and efficient!! Easy to work with... Love these folks!!
