Had my car detailed and that they did! Robert is great at communicating with the customer as well as letting you know what time frames you're looking at. Their detailer did a good job of getting food stains out of the seats from when I worked at a restaurant and had to transport food on a daily basis. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to buy a car. Highly recommend just stopping by and seeing what they have if you're looking for a vehicle. Robert Jr. let us test drive several vehicles and there was never any pressure to purchase any of them. We went back several days later after having a bad experience with another dealership. Super welcoming once again and let us test drive the car we were interested in days earlier. We noticed a leak and they were great to get it fixed for us and held the car a couple days until my boyfriend had a day off of work. We cashed out but they do offer in-house financing. Signing the paperwork was quick and Robert Jr explained every page. As we were getting ready to leave, Robert Sr. told us if we need anything let them know. We loved working with everyone at BBL. They are amazing, friendly, and welcoming. They want to do right by the customer. Next time we're in the market for another car, we'll definitely return and see if there's anything we're interested in. Keep up the great customer service guys!

We found the specific make and model used car that we'd been looking for at BBL. We wanted low miles, a car that had not been modified by previous owners, and fewer previous owners. I called Robert and talked to him about the car, and he assured me what was posted on their site about the car was legitimate and that the car had been completely gone through by his mechanics. He had run a title search on the car and verified a single owner. He also assured me if there was major engine or transition issues, for example, that he would take care of them. Sight unseen, I put down a deposit as earnest money and planned to fly to Yakima the next weekend. Robert told he that he'd have someone pick me up at the airport, but that I should call that morning with my arrival information. I was met at the airport by Robert, Jr. with the car we were interested in, so I got my test drive on the way back to the lot. I later told my wife that the entire purchase process was very positive. Robert, his son, and their staff were courteous, polite, and I could tell from all of my conversations that Robert's word stands. I completely got the sense from my interactions that this is a family-run business success story (confirmed by others that I talked to in Yakima). BBL has a lot of used cars, a nice facility, and quite a few people busy working there. They buy cars from all over the west coast, and they do sell them (and ship them) to buyers out of state. The sales transaction was painless, and I was well taken care of. There was never any pressure or "slick" talk. I would recommend working with these folks. The drive home in the new car, by the way, was terrific. We got the right car from the right people.

My car was greatly soiled as a result of a fire at my home. The workers here cleaned it up, shampooed the carpets and upholstery, and had it sparkling like new off the showroom floor in 24 hours. The "boss," Robert was very affable. The price was in line with what I expected. I highly recommend BBL.

After my car accident I explained to Robert what was my situation. He worked out an amazing deal with me we took the time looking around for a car. We did not felt any rush with them till we found a perfect vehicle, it was a pleasure doing Busines with them and I hope to do more business with them in the future. I surely do love my car. I recently had the pleasure of getting a car from BBL after wrecking my car back in February during the crazy blizzard.
I knew what I wanted and have been looking all over Washington for the car I wanted in my price range. I live in Spokane and was ready to get a car from Seattle but the dealership salesman was really lazy about it and lacked any customer service. I was getting frustrated.
Luckily I found a car that had almost everything I wanted but the price was to high for me. So they met me a bit lower price that was in my range, since it was a rebuilt title and my bank wont do loans on brandished titles.
I drove down to Yakima the next day. Test drove it. I loved it.
Did the paper work and I was out of there in under an hour I think. Everyone there was nice and polite. And I was on my way. About to head back to Spokane and the check engine light came on and I panic, because in the contract I signed it said they aren't responsible if something happens to it since it is a rebuilt title. So I messaged them about the light and that I'd bring it back in the morning. They said ok. I get there and they already got the part they thought it needed.
They replace it pretty fast and I'm on my way again. A few blocks later it comes on again. So I take it back. They plug it in, and find out what's going on. Some sensor is the issue. They tell me they will fix it and get it cleaned up for free. So I leave it there and go back to Spokane. I went down the following week and get it. It work fine no issues.
They didn't have to fix the problem it had, but they did.
They didn't have to work with me on price, but they did.
Driving back and forth from Spokane to Yakima twice in 2 weeks to buy a car isn't hard when the team selling it to have good customer service and dont just see you as a paycheck.

I bought a car from BBL over the internet without ever even driving it. I told the owner what I had to put down and how much of a payment I could afford and he worked with me to make it happen! When I arrived to pick it up I was treated very well! After I left the car ran hot so I took it back. Again, I was treated exceptionally and the owner not only fixed the few minor things that were wrong with it (which in a Cadillac can be very costly) but he then delivered the car to me out of town the following weekend. I highly recommend buying a car from BBL Auto and I will be back for a car for my daughter soon!!

Back when I first turned 18 and had no credit I was drawn to BBL from an ad I had seen for a jeep cherokee on craigslist. I came onto the lot and asked about it, Robert was very cool and showed me the vehicle without trying to talk me into anything else (rare for a car lot). I told him about my age and having not had established credit, he happily told me that I had credit through him. We talked about the payments, he didn't haggle me on the price and he didn't ask me to pay more per month than I was comfortable paying (once again very rare for a car lot, when I bought my motorcycle from somewhere else it was a disaster). I ended up putting a down payment for the jeep and drove it home that same day. I came in to make the payments to them and they were always very nice and they left a great impression on me. I drove that jeep for years without any major mechanical issues which was rare because it was higher mileage and a used vehicle I got a very very good deal on (eventually it was hit by a drunk driver and the drivers insurance paid me more for the vehicle than I bought it from BBL for). I will be back someday, I drive by everyday and I always look for the beautiful cadillacs with the vogue tires. Someday I'm gonna buy me one.
