It was a pleasant Holiday experience. I was asked twice if I was finding everything alright did I need assistance in locating anything. Clean well stocked, a hidden gem. Never too busy. sales people are available, but not all over you. Prices are as expected, and merchandise seems to hold up. Design, colors and patterns are nice, not awful looking like some places.

This store is spotless!! All the merchandise is neatly displayed and they have wide isle with no box's or displays blocking the way like they do in some of the other stores. And their employees are always super sweet and helpful.

Wide variety of items, now carrying some RBX clothing, always can find great deals on food items, holiday and decor. Snagged a beautiful mirror for our bathroom. Store is very clean, has hand sanitizer near entrance.

I went looking for a specific Christmas item that I couldn't find at several different stores. One of the floor staff helped me look and then made a recommendation of another item I was able to use instead. The cashier was very pleasant especially for as busy as they were.

They had a nice sale going on plus I had a coupon and a gentleman was kind enough that worked there to help me carry out my order considering I had so many 24 packs of water very nicely done cashier was very helpful as well thank you Big lots

Great place to shop, but this particular time was crowded and they're in the middle of seasonal change over. So kind of uncomfortable, but found what I wanted. Will return in the future.

Was looking for peas soup that they sell. Found some but it was hard, because they are not being much of that brand any more. (13 pea pack, and the soup packs). Overall big lots a good store.
