We bought the hunter douglas blackout blinds. Philips paint and decorating center were very knowledgeable and helpful to us. Our order came very quick. The install was timely and with perfection. We are very happy that we bought the blinds through Philips Paint and Decorating Center. We highly recommend them!!!

I purchased a gallon of paint from Phillips Paint and Decorating and both my husband and I hated what I had chosen. I went back and asked how I could change it. Eric told me what he could do and I told him if he could fix this he'd be a wizard. Let me tell you, he IS a wizard. We LOVE the new color and we appreciate his help. My purchase experience at Phillips went smoothly & I was even able to take advantage of some promotions being offered. The installer who came to my home was very respectful & did a great job. Sally Ream helped us design seven window treatments about three years ago. For one of the windows, we had insisted on a particular feature that Sally did not recommend, but when it was installed, we didn't like it. It was replaced at no cost to us -- Wow, that's super service! Just recently, May 2023, we called on Sally to deal with three additional windows. The result is fantastic, turning a previously drab area into one with subtle elegance.

Love this product and we also were very pleased with the installation and service from beginning to end. Mrs. Sally Ream came to our home to estimate the cost and she was very friendly, listened well and was helpful. Mrs. Ream was very knowledgeable of Hunter Douglas window shades and gave great suggestions with our best interests in mind. Mr. Justin Morris installed the blinds with skill and speed. Again, he was also very customer friendly, helpful and had our best interests in mind. We have been pleased with Phillips’ service since they first installed blinds for us 10 years ago. We will gladly use their services in the future when the need arises.

My one of my blinds needed service. Scheduling a rep to come fix it was easy, the broken part was covered under the warranty, and the rep that came was friendly, fast, efficient, and willing to explain everything! I couldn't be more pleased!!

The sales part of this project was friendly and easy. The installation was excellent- Justin is professional, polite and outstanding in his performance of this project. The installation was difficult and Justin did a perfect job. Above and beyond, he tackled taking down pleated shades in another room so we could have them cleaned. When a large window shade installation from years ago wouldn't cooperate, Justin said he would come back within 2 days with another worker who would know that type of installation. He returned with Rick, and the two were able to do the job. Both men were excellent , professional and polite.We are extremely impressed. Thank you.

Justin promptly arrived at 9:25 for our 9:30 appointment. He wore booties on his shoes to keep out floors clean and wore a mask the entire time he was in our home. He did a thorough installation and showed us the proper way to use our aluminum blinds and asked if we had any questions. We were very satisfied with the quality of our blinds and the entire installation process.

From the day that we walked into the showroom to look at blinds for our patio doors to the day that they were installed, everybody and everything went with out any hitches. Yes this is 2021 and there are delivery issues that no one can do anything about. Yes the blinds were later than normal but they are exactly what we wanted and were delivered in a reasonable amount of time.
We would recommend Phillips paint and decorating center to anyone looking for blinds. From the staff at the store to Rick our installer everyone was such a pleasure to work with.
