Simply outstanding and creative. They specialize in unique combinations of flavors and textures. The cellar has a library of culinary books and preserved local sourced products. 4 stars on atmosphere is because the seating in the cellar was a bit chilly. Reservations recommended.

If you like trying many different dishes, this is the place for you. Bring friends, the more people the more dishes to try. We tried the butternut squash… could have had more, cauliflower, defiantly try the crab tortellini, and enjoyed the salmon… our server was very attentive and had great suggestions. Enjoy the journey!!!!

Crafted is an absolute gem nestled in our small town, Yakima. As someone who frequently travels for work, dining at the finest restaurants in Chicago, New York, and Seattle, I can confidently say that Crafted is in a league of its own.

It's a place where creativity meets culinary excellence, and every visit feels like a culinary adventure waiting to unfold. The service is amazing and the staff is truly passionate about the culture and food. Truly Amazing!

Absolutely fabulous! We got the mushrooms, Brussel sprouts, bucatini, and braised beef. Everything was divine! Wait staff was super helpful and friendly. Food came out very promptly, even though it seemed to be a full house. The cellar room was quieter than the dining room, but the dining room has a fun atmosphere and is super lively. We will be coming back soon!

Our meal and service, from start to finish was really a great experience! I drove two hours to eat here, after following them a long while on social media, and was a little nervous my expectations were too high, but not so. Started with a cocktail, some oysters, had several starters, moved on to the steak and then to dessert--all were perfectly seasoned and delicious! We sat at the Chef's Table and it was fun to see them working together seamlessly, and enjoying what they're doing. And it was a Monday and they were very busy. I would highly recommend this place and will absolutely be back! Come hungry and order through as much of the menu as you can, it's all delightful!

Crafted is one of my favorite restaurants. I love their ever changing menu. The food is always 10/10 including taste and presentation. Great service and atmosphere too. Some of my favorite things to get there are the scallops and seasonal pasta. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!!

We were staying in Yakima in order to travel to The Gorge for a concert. We searched for local restaurants to try and this one had great reviews. We decided to try it and were not disappointed. We opted for the Chef's Menu, a seven course meal. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly and we didn't feel rushed at all. The drink specials were a delightful accompaniment to the meal.

At this food loving establishment food and the flavours they create when combined are on full display. Looking to try something special from kusshi oysters on half shells with kitchen inspired Thai toppings to horseradish foam with grilled salmon. Your taste and smell senses will be brought to life.
This well oiled kitchen and front end staff are in tune with their art. Crafting a sensual mouth watering experience for those who love food and love to experience new and exciting ways to enjoy dining. Highly recommend.

This was easily the greatest culinary experience I've had. The food was phenomenal and sitting at the chef's table allowed us to watch the process. Will be back soon

As I write this, it has been some time since I've visited Crafted, but I can honestly say it was the best meal I've had in recent years. I eat out in larger cities quite frequently, but Crafted has been my best dining experience in recent memory. Anytime anyone tells me they're heading to Yakima, I recommend they go to Crafted.

Dan and his staff are incredibly talented. We are so fortunate to have this gem in Yakima. The menu is constantly changing so when you see a dish you want to try on their social media, RUN. Anything ordered is packed with flavor and exquisite quality ingredients that bring so much joy to your dining experience. The sage tequila infused cocktail was impeccable. I recommend this place to anyone visiting or living around here.

Say Yes to the Chefs Menu and wine pairing! We had an amazing meal at Crafted and would recommend it for anyone who loves local food and seasonal cooking. The combination of flavors were amazing and unique, with each plate highlighting the abundance of the season. We loved the spring rolls, smashed potatoes, tagliata, and scallops! The staff were delightful and we will definitely be back!

Great place with very creative dishes. The $75 Chefs Menu was very generous with six decently sized courses. I had to take the dessert home. Some dishes were a little overloaded with spices but overall great experience. Friendly service.

Our first time eating here. We ordered the watermelon salad, ahi tuna with pickled ginger, fresh halibut pasta, and scallops with stone fruit.
The scallops and ahi tuna were our favorite but it all was amazing and plated gorgeous. The atmosphere is fun and a really cool place for a date night or night out with good friends. The waitresses were helpful, friendly and we got our food very quick. Will definitely be back.

This was an amazing find on our way to see how hops are grown at scale in the Yakima valley. The service was impeccable and the food experience among the best I’ve had. Everything is served for the table, meaning each plate is brought to the table one at a time for all to try. The entire experience was delicious and entertaining.

A great restaurant is a reason to travel, and the drive over from Tri- Cities is worth it. If you have been going to WW for a while now and need something new, this is it.

Delicious! My fiance and I came here tonight. We set at chefs table and got the chefs menu. Our first meal was oysters. Im not the biggest fan of oysters in general but these were great. They are smaller but with more flavor, 9/10. The second meal was ahi tuna, flippin fantastic 10/10. The third meal was summer squash with sun dried tomatoes, yummy 10/10. The forth meal was halibut pasta, best pasta I've ever had 10/10. The fifth meal was scallops in a peach curry, the curry had to much vinegar for my liking but the scallops were cooked perfectly 7/10. The sixth meal with pork chop with apricots, it was bomb but needed some salt 8/10. Lastly the desert was a neapolitan desert with vanilla cake, strawberry ice cream and ganache. So light and refreshing 10/10.
I had a mojito and cucumber martini from the menu, 9/10. My fiance had the aggressive tequila, it was aggressive 7/10. He also had a beer.
The only simi complaint we had was the water we were served was warm and not cold.

We will be back.

An amazing meal, started with 3 appetizers to share among the 4 of us and then I had the Pork Chop and the others had the Steak. Everything was crazy flavorful, staff was attentive, and food was worth it. Would recommend to anyone in the Yakima area and make reservations.

We chose the Chefs choice 7 course dinner with wine pairing. The oysters started us off, followed by sushi, chorizo sweet potatoes Asian cashew fried tofu,, seared scallops,, and pot roasted beef with corn tortillas. Raspberry mouse on chocolate cake.

The wine choices were local and delicious. The Walla Walla Elizabeth Chardonnay...the Sage Rat Barbera...were my two favorites.

Our first time dinning here. The food was amazing,Devin provided amazing service and Noah also made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Best dinning experience we have had in a long time.
