Grzyboski's Train Store

Grzybowski's Train Store is one of the best train stores I have had the pleasure of doing business with on many occasions. They cater to the O gauge enthusiast, with a huge inventory of older and newer items at great prices. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly staff that is always willing to help you and answer your questions, which isn't always the case at other model train stores. If they don't stock something, they are more than happy to place an order with their distributors to get it for you. I will continue to shop this family run business and if you haven't visited them, give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

I was in Allentown PA for Pinfest 2023. I watch Ray's trains on YouTube and he mentions Grzyboski's trains regularly. So I made the trip there and I was glad I did. The store is well laid out and not overstuffed with inventory. They have mostly O-gauge (Lionel ,MTH, and others). The owner was friendly and knowledgeable and assisted us with information about local attractions. I look forward to checking them out when I'm in the area again.

The best toy train store. My Dad gets all of his Lionel Trains here. They have older and new trains that are A+ all the way. Service is second to none. Go there the first Saturday in December. This is National Lionel Train Day. You'll be glad you did. Great honest people. They take care of you no matter what.

I was heading out to northeastern PA to do some geocaching so I worked the store into the route. The store is well organized and very clean with a large selection of O Gauge (new, lightly used and vintage) along with track, accessories and scenery items. I spent about 45 mins in the store walking around and browsing. They have very reasonable prices on all the items I checked out.

The store is 2 1/4 hours from my home so it's not too close, but if I was anywhere in the area, I would make a detour and stop in again.

Great selection, and really great prices! Even though it's quite a haul for me, I'm thinking I'll be making a few trips up. If you are into trains and within an hour or 2 of the store, definitely give it a go.

I have been collecting trains for the better part of 35 years and I have dealt with Grzyboski's for much of that time. I have dealt with each and every family member and have never had an issue. The entire family has been nothing less than friendly and helpful. Especially Mrs. Grzyboski! Customer service has always been excellent. I live on the other side of the state and have made several trips to see their store as well as many online purchases. I have never had an issue no matter if I was buying a high dollar item or something as small as a few sections of track. This is a family run business not a major corporation. They do not manufacture the items they sell. It amazes me that people actually believe the store is responsible for return shipping costs! Understand that a defective product is the responsibility of the manufacturer. The hobby has changed almost like the automotive industry. parts are difficult to find and most repairs are so technical that you are forced to get the manufacturer to repair an item. Though Joe and team have repaired numerous trains for me most manufacturers mandate that warranty issues are handled through the manufacturer. Most manufacturers require you to pay the shipping as well! As for me and my money I will stay with Grzyboski's. This family from Joe Sr when he was still there to his wife and sons do there best to guide customers to make smart selections with the money they bring as opposed to pushing or upselling that you see in so many other stores and that ability is based on their decades of experience. I would give them 10 stars if I were able.

An awesome place to buy Lionel Trains! This store has an impressive selection of Lionel Trains from New to Old. I appreciate how the store is primarily O gauge. I ordered a pickup order online and I bought a few items in store. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I drove almost 3 hours to check the place out and it was totally worth it! I will be back again!

I have ordered several Lionel "rolling stock" cars and track pieces over the past few years. The orders have been filled promptly and shipped via USPS Priority Mail for quick delivery. The contents of the package were packed securely to guard against any rough handling. Their selection is excellent, their website easy to navigate. I wish that I lived closer so that I could visit the Grzyboski Store in person. A wonderful experience!

I have never been to the store, but as an online customer I am very pleased. My order was shipped on the same day that I placed the order, and the package arrived in great shape (very nice packing job on the inside to keep everything cushioned). The selection of rolling stock (some dates back to the 1970s/1980s) is the best. I will be a return customer to their online store.
