Have had a unit here for several years. We feel it is secure. Easy access for us.

Not happy with this company. I pay money every month to store my personal property in a DRY and safe space. However, due to lack of seal on their doors and snow on the property, the snow has melted and caused water damage inside my unit and ruined property. For some reason there is no responsibility from the company to help replace those items. Kim knew that it was a normal occurrence for water to enter the unit but FAILED to mention that to me. Had I known, I would not have given them my business.
