Dara and Ashley at the bar were fantastic! Great company, conversation, and atmosphere. The strawberry espresso martini was delicious and something I’ve never been offered on a menu before. Can’t wait to come back

I love the rooftop lounge!

I first went there in 2021 with a friend for dinner. We both had the lobster roll and it was delicious! I'm from New England and am a bit finicky about my seafood, and was happily surprised at how good the lobster roll was.

I went again yesterday for my birthday. Although it was cool and a bit windy, I really wanted to eat on the rooftop and watch the sunset. We were the only ones up there, and it was perfect. The sunset was gorgeous and it was worth being a little cool.

We started with the charcuterie board which was just the right size for the tow of us. Lovely selection of meats, cheeses and fresh fruit.

I had one of the signature cocktails, the bourbon bramble. It was so good.

For dinner, I had the pork tenderloin, which was served on a bed of kale with baby Brussels sprouts, butternut squash and bacon. It was amazing! The pork was so tender that you could cut it with a butter knife. The veggies were cooked perfectly and were very flavorful. My husband had the crab stuffed Cod which had a cream based sauce, and he said it was excellent.

I also want to compliment our wait staff. Even though we were the only diners on the rooftop, the service was excellent. Josh, our waiter was covering a lot of ground but we never felt ignored. I know it must have been extra work with just us up there, but everyone was wonderful.

I did see the indoor dining room and it is lovely - very warm and inviting. I know I will be going back soon to eat indoors, and to have the crab stuffed Cod and another of Altana's signature cocktails.

Dined at Altana last night and had a great experience! Avocado fries were tasty and the Chicken potpie was the best I've ever had. All of us enjoyed our meals thoroughly. Service and atmosphere was excellent as well.

We love trying new flavors and different styles of restaurants. Was not disappointed, it was amazing, This restaurant is hidden on the third floor of a downtown building. CHILEAN SEABASS Delicious fish and lobster sauce, lots of fresh veggies and seems to have a few salami garnishes. IBERICO PORK TENDERLOIN's meat is tender， and their sauces are very different. Even the salad dressing I can't stop, really delicious. The waiters Dylan and Mariah were very friendly and attentive. We will be back.

My first time here & had a great experience. Rooftop bar is gorgeous. Wasn't able to eat up there as it started raining but they quickly took our food at the indoor dining area. I had the market cut & apparently its a New Zealand lamb & it was soo delicious. The wine was amazing too! Overall will definitely come back again! PS please make the rooftop chairs bit more comfy. That is my only tiny complaint😅

The atmosphere grabs you the second you get there. The service was outstanding. We had the flatbread, crab stuffed shrimp, and Altana burger. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Ridiculously good food ! Short rib dish perfect ! Hands down the best Tomato Soup I have ever had. Charcuterie board great too ! Top notch service all around and beautiful setting . Definitely a place to make a regular visit to when here in Lancaster.

Rarely does a dining experience exceed my expectations. Dinner for 2, rooftop. Crab stuffed cod and chicken piccata. Both dishes amazing. Every entree that was brought out by the servers looked unbelievable. Portion size extremely generous, a fantastic evening. Will definitely be back.

Perfect atmosphere. The managers and bartending staff were very chill and pleasant to mingle with. Their food was clever and well-priced. The avocado fries were bites sent from above: peanut-oil-fried slices. Recommend

LOVED!! This restaurant!!
Loved the host that set us, loved our waitress and loved loved loved our food! The salad was perfection and the French onion soup was so delicious. It was very different than any other type of french onion soup that I had ever had but I really appreciated their version of it. Cheesecake was just so so but the presentation was beautiful! This is a do not miss restaurant when you are in Lancaster! Call ahead though for reservations.

Very cute rooftop with well spaced tables perfect for covid dining/drinking out. The food is decadent!

Great service and excellent ambiance. The menu is simple yet inspired. The serving staff was attentive while still giving space to enjoy the evening. Highly recommend.

Celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary, food was well prepared, drinks we're perfect, dessert was delicious. We will be back!!

Just had a fantastic meal and dining experience at Altana. Cocktails were delicious and packed a punch. But the food was amazing. Based on the reviews, we ordered the avocado fries and they did not disappoint. But the start of the night was the French onion soup. Wow! What intense flavor. Hubby’s shrimp scampi was the best he ever had. Can’t wait to go back in warmer weather and enjoy the views with the great food! Service was attentive and friendly as well.

This was a spectacular dinner! First of all, the indoor seating is gorgeous, the atmosphere is perfect. The service is the best I've experienced in Lancaster, and that's saying a lot; Lancaster is packed full of eateries. The food was delicious, the flavors were beautiful. All in all, a wonderful meal served by a staff of professionals. And the pricing was very reasonable.

Well, after reading the reviews I still decided to give this joint a chance. I was surprised that my waitress was amazing and always refilling our drinks. Their was an amazing live band playing funk fusion jazz. They are stellar. Check out AP3. Let's talk about the food. I didn't wait long for my food to show up. I ate every last bit of it. So much flavor. I am surprised that so many people had such a bad experience. Maybe they hard the reviews and stepped up their game. I can't wait to come back!

Kind and attentive wait staff, beautiful ambiance, decent food. If I could leave a criticism it would be that the food took an hour to come but that's because they're short staffed and are lacking food runners so our waitress had to run up and down the stairs to get food orders for us. Through it all, she remained calm and courteous.
