It's a great little vape shop. The owner is a good dude. He's gone out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure everything was good. When a bought a pen that broke twice, he simply replaced it for me. The second time it happened I wasn't really going to say anything. Figured what ever it kind of works. I just came in for my usual, and he asked about it and just handed me a new one. As they say, the third time's a charm. Now that's great customer service.

Great selection of juices, vapes, and great customer service. Prices are fair without the the random over inflated prices you see at other vape/tobacco shops. Owner is also very knowledgeable of vaping products and its adjacent devices/products.

Reasonable pricing and exemplary customer service! I purchased a charger from them which ended up being defective and killed one of my batteries. I do not tend to return items, but when the clerk heard about it on my following visit she said I should bring it back. The unit was exchanged and the owner insisted on giving me a pair of batteries so I had a matching set. They are friendly, helpful, honest about their products, engaging but respectful if you just need some time (or are indecisive like me). I will not shop anywhere else!

I bought a new vape set up last week to aid me in quitting smoking for a job. Faith was a huge help in assisting me in which one would be best for what I need. She really knows what she is talking about. She was very patient with me & all my questions!! Since then I've been back three times due to battery/coil issues. Each time I went in Faith was extremely helpful & replaced the batteries. This evening I had another issue with a battery that I bought yesterday. She felt so bad for me & she called her boss so I could talk to him. The owner Rob was very understanding & apologetic. He offered to replace the unit I originally bought with a better unit (which actually was more expensive for no extra charge). He also swapped out & gave me a bigger tank (closer to the size of my original one), & refunded my money for the battery I bought yesterday. It's really nice to see people that really enjoy their job & truly believe in providing GREAT customer service!!! This will be the only Vape store that I will shop at. I highly recommend them & if you have any questions or need help I recommend talking to Faith. Thank you Faith & Rob.

I been here a few times vary nice staff always willing to help. The owner is a cool cat. Want in today for my mod unit because my batteries did not charge and he offered to charge them on his in-house battery charger waited around for about 30 minutes went home in the batteries charged perfect

Good selections and great customer service. The girl made sure I downloaded the Clover app to make sure I got coupons and rewards for the store. She set everything up for me and gave me the rundown of how not to ruin coils and how to use everything as a first timer.

The nicest people I have ever talked to!! They are sooo helpful and answer all my questions without the look of annoyance. Definitely going to keep going here and tell people about this place!!

Great shop! If your looking to start Vaping, all the variations and choices can be a bit daunting. These guys are VERY helpful and never intimidating. They take the time to explain the options and the pro's and con's of the different setups. Their fluid selection is large and diverse, you're sure to find something you like within your budget.

Awesome place to go! It was my first vape shop visit and it was stellar! The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick juice, the right mg, helped me understand how to use the mod, disassembly, maintaince, coil life, charging and other useage instructions. I was recommended my a friend and they didn't steer me wrong, this is my go-to shop from now on, I couldn't be happier!

Walked in and right away was greeted politely . He spoke truth and facts about smoking and vaping. I used to vape, I quit smoking and went back to smoking now I'm on my way back to quitting and trying to get my wife involved.
I totally forgot the man's name, long hair, soft speaking, cool dude. He helped my wife pick out her very first mod. She's happy with it. We picked juice and some salt nic some batteries and a tank. We will definitely be back to GOOD PRO0HETS.

This was the first place I went 3 yrs ago when I started Vaping. The owner was nothing but helpful! There was even a time or two when I didn't have alot to spend, an he threw an extra coil or two for free! That's things shop owners don't have to do, but it kept me loyal when I needed things, I came back for the great customer service! I Highly recommend trying this place!
