TGI Fridays

We were here on a super busy day and I felt bad for the staff. Our food took some time, which was expected but was very good and cooked nicely. Our waitress was sweet and kept a positive attitude through her busy shift. Searing is a tighter than a normal Friday's since it's a smaller location attached to the mall, so keep that in mind.

AMAZING BIRTHDAY!!! The manager on duty definitely had me feeling like I was at a 5 star restaurant. Excellent service and hospitality. Once I got a waitress she did very well also.

I loved this place my waitress was really nice. I order the Sizzling Shrimp and Chicken alfredo and it tasted good the alfredo noodles tasted more like buttered noddles but i loved it. The atmosphere of the place was very family friendly they even had a bar incase you came alone and wanted some drinks.

The food was really good! But was absolutely made our experience worth the 5 stars was our waitress. Kristen was beyond the best waitress I've come across in YEARS. She made me feel like I was just hanging out at a friends house. She was very accommodating and very attentive. She went beyond her job. She gave us drink ideas and food ideas. She was very nice and sweet to talk to. I gave her the biggest tip I have probably given anyone.That girl needs a raise point blank! We will be back when shes on shift to have her again!

We dine at this location often. We have experienced good service and bad service. Today we had awesome service! Our server was Matthew, and our bartender was Kennadi S. Our order was taken right away, drinks were quick and great tasting, food was brought quick, hot and delicious, our drinks were refilled right away, and they were very attentive, polite and extremely friendly. Smiles go a long way, especially after a long day. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Our food was on point and delicious especially this drink I had called Ultimate tropical berry Mijito but the only thing is they give you too much ice but other than that it was fire! The establishment is very clean and the waitresses are very professional and attentive and the utensils were clean and my service was so good that I tip my waitress $10. She was just that good😍😍😍

Enjoyed our meal which arrived in a timely manner during a busy hour on a Saturday night. Observed patrons taking advantage of free food, discounts, coupons and anything they could run game on with the restaurant and its staff. Throughout the process of three tables running game (complaining about the quality of the food - yet they were stuffing it like there was no tomorrow, and how long they had to wait for their order which was very reasonable from what I observed) the manager / head chef kept his cool and dealt with their complaints very professionally. Bottom line, my wife and I have been there numerous times and have always had good food, service, and very little of a w as it for our food or drinks. Kudos to the manager and staff when they're knowingly being played and keeping their cool.

Very friendly staff however like majority of the place at Park City staffing on a Saturday night was ridiculous. This is a management issue which sadly will affect the tips of the staff. We had to wait about 20 mins and I looked around n there were a lot of empty tables so it made no sense but the hostess did apologize and said due to staffing issues which for a Saturday night before Christmas is unacceptable. The Brussel sprouts appetizer was excellent and highly recommend it. The ribs were perfect once again. My son n ex husband got the salmon w dragon sauce which also was fantastic. I got the flaming lava something drink with coconut in and rum was in it also and forget what else that was very good and they light the sugar cube up so it's flaming. I forget waitress name but she was very pleasant and service was excellent so although we had to wait it was worth it. It did take awhile to get the Food though because we arrived about 9 pm and our food didn't arrive til 1010 pm and our order was in a little before 930 pm. I had to be at the ATT store to pick up my new phone so I had to leave at 1015 pm so I only got 2 bites of a rib and tasted the salmon. The pics of the food are on my other phone so I'll need to post them later.

Now I saw the rating on this place and I do not understand or even agree with the score they have! Me and my wife recently had a baby(surprise!) and we haven't went out by ourselves in over two years! We were at the mall and decided to go into TGI Friday's, we haven't been there in so long but we can taste that Jack Daniel's sauce through our thoughts 🤤! Not only was the food great and to temperature, but they also now have these amazing $5 drinks that were simply delicious! It was Christmas eve and it wasn't as packed as we thought but overall I can not complain not one bit about anything that night! We will be going again in the near future.

We went yesterday for lunch and decided to do the 2 for $25. They also have a 2 for $20 and 2 for $30 depending which main course you pick. I just wanted something small but the appetizers were $10 for most of them so why not do the deal for a couple bucks more and have leftovers?!
We both got a pot sticker appetizer, both got a 6oz sirloin and fried shrimp with a side of broccoli and mashed potatoes and to finish it off we both got dessert! All for $25.. add 4 Long Island ice teas at $5 each and we had a tab of $46.xx before tip which isn’t bad at all for everything we got!

I love TGI Fridays! This was the 1st time I've eating here it was very busy my ribs was over cooked my broccoli was cold I asked for a to go box and an extra whiskey sauce I the waitress forgot never came back I had to go to the bar to get what I needed. I was a little disappointed. I'll stick with the Coventry location no complaints there.

Every should come here for the bartender Janet! She is amazing - she is so friendly and hilarious! She takes her job very seriously and gives 150% with every single customer. Janet is an asset to this company and location and is the main reason I keep returning to this location! Absolutely love her!

A kind hostess seated and served us. The food was delicious and was served in a fair amount of time. The boneless wings were great! I will be back soon!

Jade waitress was excellent she made sure my family and I were very satisfied. Food was great. Although menu changed since I last been to TGIF; jade helped explain. Awesome time.

Mary is the best server EVER!!! She is absolutely wonderful and always takes great care of us when we come in!!! Great Cobb salad, too!!!

The food was very very good but we go back again yes the waitress you couldn't beat her she did a beautiful job I don't remember her name but I thank you very much for taking care of us what do we go back again yes no problem

Our waitress was amazing as well as the food. I believe the waitresses name was Chris she was absolutely wonderful!!

It was Thursday night and slow , but the staff were wonderful ! Food came out fresh and hot ! Prices are just right !

Great food,great service. Staff was extremely friendly and patient. Definitely will be back.
