David is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, his warmth and expertise put us at ease. Not only did he effortlessly engage with my energetic 3-year-old daughter, but he also had all the answers to my questions, making me feel confident and reassured. His professionalism coupled with his genuine care made us feel right at home. I couldn't recommend him enough – a true star in his field!

We just purchased a sectional from them and looking forward to having it delivered soon. Juan was very busy the first day we went to look but did his best to answer our questions and help us find something that would work. We didn't purchase the first day but chose to keep looking and comparing. We went back two days later and again gave him our check list and he was able to put together what we wanted in a price range we had asked for. He was professional and let us know the approximate delivery date, offered an insurance plan to protect the furniture and explained the warranty on the furniture. All in all a really good experience.

We had been looking around a few different furniture stores looking for the right sectional couch and Emily was amazing in helping us decide. We like to look around first before asking questions or needing assistance and she greeted us at the door and made a recommendation before letting us look around. When we did have questions she was very informative and came across very professional. We will definitely be referring Furniture Row to any family and friends.

Had a great experience dealing with Furniture Row. Alex told me a sale price on the chair I was looking at, I left and shopped around returning later that day. When I returned Alex had left and David helped me. There was a slight miscommunication on the price as David rang me up at full price and I hadn’t realized it until later. When my chair arrived a week later I mentioned the miscommunication to Alex and he refunded me 270$ honoring the cost he originally quoted me. Both Alex and David were awesome and it was completely no pressure. I will be back the next time I need furniture!

Had to replace our sheets for the Beauty Rest we bought several years ago. Jose helped me pick out some Egyptian Cotton in Champagne, (queen size). A bit pricier than regular cotton sheets but SO worth the price! Jose was right. I do love the softness! (SO does my cat!)

The quality and durability of every item have been outstanding. The financing plans are excellent and make everything affordable. I can’t recommend them enough.

Walked in David showed my wife the 1st bed and we weee done it was what she wanted in and out in 20 min. David explained time frame for delivery and everything that was needed to be done for delivery. Very excellent Customer Service

We went in to look for livingroom furniture. We had been to a couple other stores first but just weren't find anything we liked at the price range we were wanting to be in. We browsed the entire store and found something we thought would work. Eric came to help us and he was TERRIFIC!! He helped us get exactly what we were looking for and we even found a little table set that we had been looking for. Eric made us feel comfortable and when I told him that price was a concern he didn't try to pressure us into anything that we felt was not right for us. He a great asset to this store!
