I like the older staff, they are more people friendly,, they make one feel comfortable, not feel uncomfortable about asking for service. The younger generation needs work 🙄

Knowledgeable staff keep the inventory in the same isles that alone is super important 2 me due to finding what I need getting back on the job

they are so helpful in everyway they try and make it easier on you by assisting you in everything just so kind and respectful

I haven't had the greatest luck with Home Depot lately but my experience tonight was 5* because of one employee at the Yakima store. His name is Robert and he was helpful, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He was covering in an unfamiliar department and worked it better than the regular guys. Side note: he's also the only person in months who has asked me for an ID to pick up my order.

Costumer service is always great. They make exchanges or returns super easy. And always have what I need in stock!!

ESMERELDA at Yakima Home Depot honestly helped us SO MUCH today. We needed a fitting for a natural gas line and WHOA. She is so knowledgeable and helpful… so grateful we came to Home Depot and for her help. We had been to FOUR other hardware stores and no helped us like she did! She not only was super helpful but she solved our fitting dilemma! THANK YOU ESMERELDA!!!!!

The employees were very helpful. Took the time to look up different types of the product I was looking for got the order numbers for me so I can go to customer service. When I got to customer service the lady there helped me also order a flagpole for my father who was turning 90 years old very helpful employees down to earth and great personalities. They honored our 70$ discount because I had the ad on my phone without my phone we would have had to pay full price and All the sales associates were very friendly and helpful

Settle down for a story people!
So, this all started with my mother having the brilliant idea of going to purchase a gas grill during lunch time on Father's Day. I was feeling a bit irritable because the day was hot, and there was a LOT of people. Disregarding this, we carried on. Mom started checking out the different grills, which she was gonna buy depending on aesthetic instead of function because she is extra. We settled on a nice little model that was marked down to $129.99 from the normal price of $149.99. All the ones we saw were assembled, but we didn't want it assembled because it wouldn't fit in our car. Then we had the pleasure of running into Jim! He helped us find a boxed grill in the exact model we wanted. Not only that, he told us the difference between buying an empty propane tank and the filled ones outside from the propane kiosk. Well, he got us someone to help us load the grill, then accompanied us with it to the register. We paid for it and the propane, then were helped by another worker to load it into the car. We haven't used said grill, but my mom is elated with her experience and wanted me to rave about it online. So thank you Jim and Home Depot!
