Caribbean Wave Jamaican Jerk Restaurant

So happy Caribbean Wave is near me! So much to choose from and it’s so good! Great service and lots of food. The flavor is everything and then some!! I finally tried the BOOSTER #PUSH!! Run and go get you some, perfect with any of the meals you choose. I did mine with my salad!

You have to get over here and ride the wave. Authentic Caribbean food at it’s finest. This was my first time here and the staff was extremely accommodating by explaining the menu and the fan favorites. Most of the food is displayed right in front of you, which is helpful in deciding what you want.

You might think the prices are a little steep but the food is absolutely worth it. The portions are massive and guaranteed to last you a few meals. I got the jerk chicken since it’s the top meal here and it did not disappoint. The meat was juicy, tender and loaded with that jerk flavor. The collards were some of the best I’ve had in a minute. And if you’re getting seafood, they make it fresh and to order in the back. A must try on the outskirts of Lancaster city.

“You gotta ride the wave” my buddy told me. What an awesome place. The gentleman who helped us could not stop singing and dancing while we were ordering. His kindness and joy were infectious and delightful. The food was simply perfect. Generous portions and delicious flavors, and a guarantee that everything was cooked with love.

It’s been awhile since I tried a new place and immediately thought of going back again after my first bite :). The staff was so friendly and left us notes on our take out boxes. We picked up our food and went on a picnic. Great experience!

First time in for lunch today - had curry chicken and collard greens and a mild beef patty. Tremendous flavor - welcoming atmosphere. Loved the food and will be back to try the jerk chicken!

This is my second time going and, after this visit, I had to leave a review. This place is fantastic! Staff is really chill. Food is really good and it’s in an awesome location with some parking and outdoor seating (we ate our takeout outside). I’ve had the Oxtail, Pineapple Jerk Wings, and Jerk Chicken. The Oxtail was my favorite. I got that with rice w/ red beans and Sweet Yams. Pineapple Jerk Wings were amazing too! You gotta check this place out!

Sweet little place to recline and dine. The curry goat and curry chicken were delicious. Highly recommend the plantains too!

My food was so delicious 😋 I ordered the oxtail dinner with macaroni and cheese and collard greens and my son ordered the jerk chicken dinner.I never had jamaican food that taste so authentic and well season and cooked to perfection 👌 We loved it and we will be going back soon .My advice if your the Lancaster area check out this restaurant trust me you won't be disappointed 😉

This weekend I went to Caribbean Wave Jamaican Jerk Restaurant in Lancaster! 🇯🇲🇯🇲 The vibe makes you feel so welcoming especially with the music playing in the background. 🎵🥁 The artwork was a nice addition to the open environment 🖼 and they have plenty of space to sit down if you want to dine in. The food was very fulfilling and the calypso drinks were the best as always! ☺☺

New to the area and was looking for this place/food. Great taste and hot. Would tell you to stop in. Try beef patties/oxtails and rice Mac cheese

Friends just introduced us to CW and we are hooked!!! Pineapple smoothies and coconuts on the weekends, curried crab for dinner... Such great flavors! Can't wait to keep coming back and bring others.

I live in Delaware and was in Lancaster on business and decided to stop there to get food and I must tell you this food is the TRUTH I got the outstairs and I also got Brown Stew Snapper. Sooo good, Da Wolf I will be back cause food was made with LOVE!! Pics were after we ate some

So delicious! I had jerk chicken & my husband had the ox tails. We both loved what we got. Cabbage, yams, rice & beans were all amazing also. Service was so friendly & the gentleman was happy to offer suggestions.

Amazingly great food. Almost no wait. Good prices. Friendly staff right from the island. Huge servings will serve you for now and later.

Don’t just walk to Caribbean Wave! Run, take a Uber, Bus, Fly here, train… you get it? The Jamaican food was amazing! I will make it a point to stop every time I swing by Lancaster to grab some food. I tried the Oxtails, Curry Goat and Jerk chicken and everything took me back to Jamaica. The flavors were on point they don’t sugarcoat anything it’s truly authentic.

I have to say this some great food..visited this spot..i love jamaican food..Hands down this spot something special...i order those jerk wings and rice..also jerk chicken and rice....so flavorful.....very clean spot..customers service was great...

While taking my son to visit Thaddeus Stevens tech college we spotted this place and decided to stop for lunch. What an awesome experience. The food was fantastic. I’ve been to Jamaica 5 times and still this was the best jerk food I’ve had. The staff was super friendly and genuinely interested In Giving us the best possible experience. With raegae pumping and the cook singing I’ll be back every time I’m in Lancaster.
