BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We haven't been here in 5 yrs but it was such a great experience. Pizza was delicious, cocktails to die for, and our server was amazing (Skye E). Her recommendations were delicious, my picky child ate everything from the plate, and she was so nice to substitute an item for her. Nice touch with the kids' appetizers! 👌 Appreciated! I've been here like 5 times, and today was the best of those. Service and food were great, and that bar looks awesome. They have a great drink menu👏🏼 tried their margarita flight and it was banging! Last time we went our experience wasn't so good. I can tell they're doing something different now and I'm glad because the place is really nice, always clean, the tables are comfortable and the service has definitely gotten better. Not that it was bad before, but it lacked enthusiasm. Glad they changed my mind. Now I'm looking forward to go again.

Tainora was an excellent server. She was more than efficient in her tasks as well as professional. We did not need to look for her to ask anything, she was abreast of what we may need. This was my first experience here and the Customer Service is what will bring me back. Great food was the bonus in this scenario.

My husband and I went here for the first time today. We had Theodore as our waiter. He was great, made sure we always had our drinks filled, and checked in on us multiple times after our food arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was also very good we got the bone in wings and they were fabulous. My husband also got the shrimp garlic parm appetizer and it looked amazing, had a good amount of shrimp. We will definitely be back!!

Been here twice now and both times, the food was phenomenal! We ordered cocktails, avocado egg rolls, grilled shrimp, New Orleans jambalaya chicken, tri tip combo, Mediterranean tacos and spicy peanut chicken with soba noodles. Pizookie desert as usual. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness, the booth we were escorted to and dined at was not cleaned properly with bits of food and food stains everywhere.

First time here with my family for my daughter’s 17th birthday. Nora was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Food was all delicious. We definitely will be back.

Jenna K was such an amazing waitress at our visit yesterday! She had a great attitude and even offered to bring our toddler crackers and fruit to hold her off till our food was ordered etc! The drinks we ordered were seriously TOO NOTCH!! Wow! You def. Only need 1.5 of those! Lol. We didn't get the black sugar as it was pictured but truly it was made so well it didn't even matter.
Our food was soooooo freaking good too! I ordered the salmon onto of my BJ's bowl with no dairy on it and it was AMAZING! My husband ordered the ribeye I think and his was so delish also. We love coming here because it's where we first met back on our very first date in 2016 and I feel like it just keeps getting better! Good job to the management, HR & staff for creating such a great memorable visit every time we go.

Had an anniversary dinner tonight at BJ’s. The food was excellent. I had the Jambalya and New England Clam Chowder, one of the best I’ve had in a long time. My husband had pizza. Norberto was our server and he was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely return.

My first time here and was impressed. Connor was a very attentive waiter and had me cracking up. The food was good and the drinks were as well.

The food was delicious - only topped by the excellent service of waiter, Conner! He was attentive, fun, and efficient. The hostess was so observant that she notice we were carrying a Birthday card for our daughter and presented her with a birthday gift of a free pizza cookie! It was a memorable evening!

This was our first time eating here. Aiyana was our server and she was fantastic! Very attentive and kind. She made us feel comfortable here without being overbearing. The food was good, the broccoli was a little dry but still edible. Overall a good experience. Thanks Aiyana for the excellent service!! We will be back :)

Nora, our server, was amazing! SO outgoing, knowledgeable, have great opinion, and absolutely beautiful smile.
The avocado egg rolls... Outstanding, prob could've licked the sauce out of the ramekin! Nora recommended the fried mahi tacos. Holy mother, my life renewed. Any Pizookie i think would take you to another plane of existence, we tried the hot fudge brownie. Nirvana achieved.

Amazing food! Drinks are really really good! I recommend the tacos for the appetizer! If you haven't tried their pizookie, please do! They are amazing & so yummy! We had Shane for our waiter, he was wonderful and great! He had everything right, very fast and super nice! All of their employees are so pleasant and hard workers! The atmosphere was great! I recommend this place, you will have a wonderful time! ♡

Norberto!!!!! You are super lucky if he is your server. Fantastic is an understatement! Everything about our meal was great, superb service, wonderful food….Just perfect. Best dining experience we have had in a long time!

Our food this evening was very tasty and an incredible bargain. Our server Norberto (#151) was OUTSTANDING! He was so polite and attentive. He kept us posted on the progress of our order and made sure we were pleases with our meals. Thank you Norberto! The BJ Restaurant in Lancaster has some of the best servers in the business. Keep it up, you are one of our family favorites.

The food is consistently good at this Lancaster restaurant as well as the staff! We were served by Connor -a fine young man—very personable and friendly He was very accommodating and efficient and went out of his way to serve us even though it was crowded, he took his time with us and was very pleasant! We will definitely be back!

First time we had ever heard of this chain and we were very impressed. An absolutely huge menu including dozens of beers and house made sodas, there’s also tons of appetizers that are quite unique. There’s plates that range from steak to pizza to pasta to tacos to lighter fare, you name it and they have it. And the desserts cannot be beat. The samplers are the way to go, and definitely download the BJ’s app for deals. The atmosphere was modern, open and clean and the wait staff were exceptional with their service and guiding us through our meal. The food does tend to be on the slightly more greasy side but other than that, we are for sure going to be visiting again!

Norberto gave the best service and was so attentive! I love how he made great suggestions for food and made our experience so personable. My family and I will definitely return again soon! Thank you, Norberto!

Tainora was amazing! I have been here a few times over the years. And she is the best one yet! You must try the Avocado egg rolls. They are out of this world! And I was loving the music station today. It was hitting. Thanks again for the great service girl!!
