Tiny and quirky corner restaurant. We came for breakfast on a Saturday and it was hopping but we were immediately sat. We did have to wait almost 10 min for someone to come grab our drinks.

My husband ordered the hot chocolate. Delicious, thick and creamy just like ones I’ve had in Europe. He also ordered the chocolate croissant. I would pass on this. It wasn’t flaky, a bit overcooked and dense for a croissant. I’d suggest Copper Crust in York instead if that’s what you’re after.

We both ordered the Croque Madame. It was delicious. Perfectly grilled, the egg on mine was great but my husbands was overcooked. I think we could’ve split the meal as I only ate 1/2 and he ate 2/3. The potatoes and side salad were just ok.

We’d come back and try other food here again!

Great little place for some delicious breakfast/brunch! I had the pork belly breakfast tacos, and they were amazing! The wife had the bread pedaler benedict that amazing as well. It's added to our list of go to places.

Busy Friday lunch but so worth it. I asked for the Santa Fe platter so good!! I also had coffee with Irish Cream Coffee, loved it!! If you’re looking for a cozy place with great food this is the place!

Great place for breakfast / lunch!! We have been here several times already and always had a great experience. Food is delicious and high quality. I recommend the pork belly tacos - they are bursting with flavor and are delicious.

The restaurant is cute and quaint; and it can get a little bit small and can get busy, so it's not a bad idea to get a reservation.

But if you haven't been here yet, try it out!

Shut up this place is AMAZING. I had the smoked salmon benny and it was just decadent. The potatoes were the best breakfast style potatoes I've ever had. Can't wait to go back to eat everything else.

This Benedict falls at about a 4.3. At $15, it's a satisfying experience. The egg comes sunny side up, which doesn't really change anything flavor wise, but definitely adds to the presentation. The hollandaise was fresh and an impressive texture, but slightly under seasoned. It was saved by the delightful Italian Ham which had enough flavor for the both of them. Nothing to note about the E muffin, except perhaps a shaper knife is required. The side potatos were quite tasty, but I'm still not sold on potatos as a side to a Benedict. I've always found fresh fruit to be the way to go, but I digress. This is a solid Benedict, close to a 5.

A hidden gem in Lancaster for brunch! We came here not exactly sure what to expect and were blown away. The service was very quick and friendly and the menu was very extensive for both food and drinks. I would absolutely recommend the breakfast tacos and the Butcher. For drinks, they have any breakfast cocktail you can think of from mimosa flights (with fresh juices) and Bloody Mary’s to espresso martinis. Personally, the coffee martini was one of the best martinis I’ve had in Lancaster and the perfect pick me up! For an all around wonderful brunch experience, The Bread Peddler should be your go to! We will be back!

The Monte Crisco sandwich at Bread Peddler in Lancaster, PA, is the exquisite combination of sliced turkey, ham, and Swiss Cheese, on perfectly grilled French Toast. Although busy, they seated us at the promised time. The service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant is eco-conscious with real plates and metal flatware. As a plus, they use washcloths in the restroom for hand drying. A great find on Orange Street in downtown Lancaster.

Quaint little breakfast spot in the city. The lox Benedict was one of the best I’ve ever had!! Really fresh and flavorful. So so good and highly recommend! They also had a great brunch drink list with a lot of juice options.

My friend and I came here on a Saturday mid morning for brunch & it was so good! It was packed but our server was attentive and we didn’t wait too long for our food. It was loud so you did have to speak up, but it was still enjoyable. The food was delicious!! Some of the best breakfast food we’ve both had in awhile. This is a great spot to come to if you’re in the city. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for breakfast this morning and couldn’t have been more impressed. We ordered the classic breakfast tacos, the organic farmer breakfast, broccoli cheddar soup, and a Caesar salad. Tacos were amazing - the toppings really made it so flavorful, organic farmer breakfast was delicious, and soup and salad (came with anchovies which thrilled my dad) were great, too! It was hard not to order a waffle to share because everyone else’s waffles looked delicious! Will definitely be back to try more items on the menu and check out their mimosa brunch 😊

One of, if not the best brunch in Lancaster. For going in on a Saturday at peak brunch time, we had no issue getting sat right away. The menu is pretty big and there is a large selection of cocktails.

I was looking for something a little different in the cocktail department and found it with the hickory smoked BBQ Bloody Mary. This was made with bourbon instead of vodka. It was only $8 and tasted incredible. So many Bloody’s lack flavor but this was perfect.

Do yourself a favor and order the pork belly breakfast tacos. You have a choice of two or three and are super filling. You have your tortilla and then they place the over medium eggs inside and top the egg with the pork belly, pico, queso fresco, cilantro lime and sriracha sauces. The flavors just blend so well together and that pork belly is so crispy and tender.

The wife got the chicken salad croissant sandwich with the breakfast potatoes. The croissant has a nice, brown, crunchy exterior and just melts in your mouth. The dill chicken salad is chunky and the bits of bacon bring it all together. The potatoes were reminiscent of those you make over the campfire.

The space is very small but the service and food is so worth it. The price was also very affordable.

It’s excellent! My wife got the breakfast tacos which were amazing. Best I’ve ever had, hands down. Eggs and bacon were great too. It’s a little small so you might have to wait a little for a table depending on when you go. But highly recommend.

As a chef from California I have to say these were some of, if not the best, breakfast tacos I've ever had! Portions are perfect, flavors are amazing!

Service was great and our server was personable and fun. My only gripe is the lack of waiting area when you need to wait for a table because of how busy they are. But being busy is a great problem to have!

Great little spot with plenty of side street parking. Waitress was fantastic, and the bourbon bloody mary was amazing! I ordered the creme brule french toast with strawberries, and my friend got the biscuits and gravy. We both loved our meal and the service. We will be back!

Been here for their breakfast, (short-lived but delicious) dinner service and have now ordered from their online delivery/pick up service Tuesday thru Thursday. It's amazing. Had a breakfast sandwich and Danish. They even threw in some potatoes. Great and still so good boxed to-go
