First, thank to the friendly, professional and courteous staff for working Thanksgiving Day morning. What a sight for sore eyes for someone that was traveling to locate something’s open on Thanksgiving Day. I was SO happy when I saw their smiling faces. The number of homeless people within the surrounding area is alarming, but living in a highly populated area will cause it. Hats off to the staff for handling the issue as gently as possible. Thanks!

The whole team - which shows EVERYTHING about the amazing 🤩 kind human being who own this place (have no clue who he is never met him/her) - is so sweet 🥹, all of them so kind , good hearted people who care about others! They will give homeless people use the bathrooms, one of them old and sick, get free coffee every morning!!! A place that support the community like that - the community should support that place!!! No mention their EXCELLENT COFFEE AND SERVICE W A SMILE 😊 THAT COMES FROM THEIR HEART ❤

Stopped at this Starbucks in Lancaster, PA for a quick coffee. The staff was friendly, and the place was well-organized and clean. Great experience.

I was at this location about 200pm. I attempted to apply for a job. I was directed by Sarah attendant to go on website for position. She and her commarades were very eager to attend to all patrons. I was impressed on clean the restrooms were at this time. Without a reasonable doubt. I will be recommending to all my friends and patrons. In gods love april rock

Love it here, even when it's packed the workers are always smiling, nice and helpful as well as the food, drinks/service is fast, precise and delicious! Love coming to this spot, just no drive thru

My go to Starbucks. Beautifully situated in downtown lancaster, you can sit by the windows which are floor to ceiling and watch as the busy city life passes by, I enjoy grabbing a coffee at this Starbucks whenever I can and you always meet new friendly faces.

What a superb Starbucks location! Very friendly staff. Hospitable and well versed. Very nice tables and bay windows. No public restrooms without service but they provided the password pin as soon as we asked for it. Well managed coffee stop!

I am usually the type of person to grab a locally owned coffee.. but this Starbucks has a great team of employees and I can easily get in with a stroller. The hours are decent, though 8am every now and the. Would fall into my great walk schedule haha!

We go to this Starbucks after our morning walk Monday through Friday. It is very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly. The manager, Carmen, is friendly and you note she is respected by her team.

Pretty much, it seems that a Starbucks is a Starbucks. However, this Starbucks, in downtown Lancaster, is a cut above average. I really like the openess of the store.
