Second time in to Orlando shop. Upgrading PC. He spent a lot of time with me via text and email regarding guidance. Bought all the parts and brought it in for him to swap cases. Turnaround was very fast. He gave me updates while working on it. Any challenges that arose he either fixed or resolved.

He has a candle shop in there too and they do smell nice!

His shop is my go to spot for computer needs.

I stopped in about 15 minutes after calling and explaining my laptop’s problem. He took me right away and was honest with me that replacing the device was going to be a better option than fixing it. I asked for recommendations as to what to get as a replacement and Orlando was so helpful. I will definitely go back when I get the new devise. I’ll also be going back to buy the candles they make and sell in the shop. Awesome scents and a nice way to shop local and cheer someone up while they’re dealing with annoying computer issues!

My desktop PC's problem was quickly diagnosed as a hard disk failure. A new drive was ordered and replaced, including the salvaging of data to the extent possible. Orlando ensured that my PC was returned both on a timely basis and in good working order.

I purchased a laptop from The Computer Shop. From the beginning I was very satisfied with the owners knowledge and asked his recommendations for the computer I purchased. I needed the basic functions of email and website access with a much faster response than my old laptop. The owner, Orlando provided all of that. After I had the laptop at home he responded quickly to my questions. Purchasing from a small business owner made sense to me because to maintain a business for 10+ years requires knowledge, skill and great customer service.

Good service. Orlando gave me tips before bringing in PC for work. Had a rattling noise which turned out to be the cooler. He was reachable by email text or phone and responded quickly. There was a little lag in response after I turned it in on a Friday, but he did tell me he was swamped and did follow up on my job as soon he was able.

What can I say? Orlando Perrone has the strongest work ethic I've seen in a while. Aside from being a really good guy, he exudes skill and attention to one's issues as quickly as possible, and makes solving the issue look easy. Perrone Technologies is is worth every penny if purchasing a contract with the organization.

orlando and his team are awesome. i needed a new laptop. an off the shelf machine didn't meet my needs so Orlando configured a laptop for me. Im very happy with the laptop and Orlando is always there when i have a question. Perrone Tech is my place for all my computer needs!!

My lap top was in death mode. I took it to Perrone Tech, he is so knowledgeable, very nice. He gave it new life AND saved all my files and pictures and even removed some things I no longer wanted. It looks just like it was, except it is a speed demon now. If you need help with old lap top, Perrone Tech is the place you should go.

Orlando is the man. I woke up this morning with a dead drive, and got my computer back with a brand new drive just hours later. He even squeezed in some time to find me a couple sticks of RAM for an upgrade I've been meaning to get to. I just got home, and it booted up in seconds! He's even got a great selection of Razer peripherals if you're looking to replace a busted keyboard or mouse, but don't want to wait for it to ship to your door. Great experience overall. If I ever need another repair, I'm calling this guy.
