I went in to have some work done on my car. They have always done superior work at a reasonable price. This time around they suggested I think about getting another vehicle due to the age and mileage vrs the issues and cost of the repairs. I worked with the nicest No pressure salesman I’ve ever encountered. He was gracious and sympathetic to the fact that I didn’t want to get rid of my car. He spent 2 hours walking the lot with me, discussing what I’d like in a vehicle, and found me the exact car! Gave me a great deal on it. Though I had no plans on buying a new car that day, I’m so glad I did! No more expensive repairs, and great peace of mind that they had my best interests in mind the whole time! Thank you Brandon!

Just bought a 23 Tahoe from Preston GM Superstore. Justin our salesman was extremely helpful, very out going, and made the experience smooth and easy. By far the best car buying experience I ever had. The finance team quickly got the paperwork in order to meet my very tight availability. He was very kind and knowledgeable as well. I also dealt with a gentleman named Cornel, who was the finance man. He was awesome. He worked with me on a warranty and made sure I was in the payment I wanted. All around a great experience and would recommend this dealership 100 %.

Terrific experience from start to finish. I couldn't thank Steve P and John enough for all their help. The staff was super knowledgeable and got me into the exact car I wanted. Devaughn was AMAZING from the time I called the dealer to ask about the vehicle until we pulled off WITH my new SUV (he even called OnStar to make sure everything was activated before I drove away.) He provided the highest degree of customer service! We were in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Most of that was basketball talk with my husband. (Smile) That included the test drive, the financing, and Devaughn cleaning the car AGAIN (he cleaned her up before I even got there). Cornell, our finance guy, was able to secure a rate that was way lower than my pre-approval rate. (Thank you!) I love everything about my new Caddy and the customer service sealed the deal! Paul the service manager at Preston is top notch . He understood my concerns and took care of the situation I had with my truck. Hard to find people that care about there Job and customer anymore but Paul was A+

Jaime E. (Chevy) & Brian R. (Honda) are top notch. I've never had a bad experience and my concerns are always addressed promptly and they go out of their way to accommodate me. As a customer I'm not forgotten after the sale. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to be valued and appreciated as a customer.

I was very pleased with the beautiful facility and personal experience with employees. It was my first time there. I was greeted very politely right away, shown where to go and introduced to the service representatives. The waiting time was short and the cost for the service on my Buick was quite reasonable.
