Dunkin'

I go here for the frozen coffee's. My favorite is Irish Cream. Although, I've been told it isn't a regular flavor. I also really like the Pumpkin flavor they have around Halloween. I just wish they offered discounts on the frozen coffee's. Coupons or something 🤷

I just want to say I stopped going to this dunkin specifically because of the customer service here but today I took a chance and I'm so glad I did! I met a wonderful young lady and I didn't catch her name, but she just started there and she made my day, which has been one of the worst days I've ever had work related. We had a great chat and she was so personable and kind it really made an impact on me. Your employees can make or break a business and this dunkin made a great choice investing in her. I never write reviews but I hope her or the business sees this and she gets the recognition she deserves!

I love Dunkin, usually don't have any issues. I get a secret menu item here where I live often. It's called a Energy punch. It comes in Blueberry or Strawberry. Costs 4$, made with Monster Energy drink. Not sure if it's sold anywhere else. It really gives you a pick me up when I need it.

I love to treat myself to a little Duncan Donuts from time to time. They got the best coffee, and I love the new hummus toast and Avocado toast. Healthy.

Picked up a medium Holiday blend. I usually get a large reg with 4 cream and 3 sugar. The medium is 3/3. I recommend getting it like they make it and ask for extra sugar packets

Love dunkin but the employees need better customer service and not be so rude like they don't want to be at work

Great service and great people. They messed up my friends order today but we're very good about fixing it. My mom dropped my drink the other day and they replaced it and cleaned up the mess before she even told them!

I like this Dunkin Donut in downtown New Castle, Pennsylvania. If you ask them to heat the donuts up for 10 seconds, they will! Most locations tell you NO. The food servers are nice and friendly!

This location has been an absolute mess in the past, but they are under new management and have improved in every way!! The new manager is doing her best to get everything under control and keep customers happy.

Dunkin is my favorite, they are quick, friendly and always quick to apologize and fix if they happen to make a mistake (which isn't often)

They have the best ice coffee. My favorite flavor is the Carmel swirl and the blueberry muffins are really good also!!

That's my second home when u walk in and they bag ur stuff before u speak is a nice feeling it shows that they do pay attention to people and we aren't just a dollar
