Roasted

Roasted is definitely my go-to for breakfast! The VIBE is family and comfort food. I absolutely feel at home every visit. The seasons butters, coffees and Pancakes are always an extra bonus. 😋

Great food! I had the Henry which is a savory pancake with bacon, onions, and Brussel sprouts. So different and so delicious!

My partner also enjoyed his omelette and side of potatoes. And we were both impressed when the total was less than $40 and we both left very full!

Amazing! Delicious! Great tasting food, the service was outstanding! My food was so good, the Oreo cookies French was on another level. This place is not that big, the wait was like 30 minutes, but the food is worth whatever wait there is I will be returning that’s for sure!

The food is delicious. Vegan, vegetarian, and regular items to choose from! The staff is friendly! Didn't have to wait long for food!

My fav breakfast spot! The cinnamon roll pancakes and breakfast potatoes are phenomenal. The caramel apple pancakes were soooo good! It’s a tiny place and always busy so waiting happens. Also keep in mind the pancakes change up and the cinnamon roll may not be available. Always call and check.

It's always seems difficult to find a breakfast place that doesn't just do the basics. At Roasted they have your basics, but also things I've never seen anywhere else, all of which are seasoned well and have flavor. I left very satisfied and will most defiantly be back when in the area. Lots of delicious vegan options. Friendly staff. It is loud inside, but they also have outdoor seating along the sidewalk.

Place was full but we were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was calm and friendly and the menu had TONS of appealing options. I had the Cooper Scramble (wonderful combo of textures) and my husband had the breakfast burrito (it came out toasted- so that says it all!) Great coffee and great experience

My family and I ate here and enjoyed it very much! It's a hip little spot, with great menu choices.We were all very happy with our food, especially the amount, consistency and flavor of veggies served. Our coffee was perfect also.It was our first time there and we will be going there again. Our waiter was excellent and everyone there was nice! I highly recommend Roasted in Bethlehem, PA. !!!!

Such a great time at this place! It's a legendary spot. The food is unique and delicious and our service was so good. Our waitress was so professional and quick and friendly and it was the best I have had in a while. Often a wait at this place, but it's worth it. It looks like they would have diner coffee, but their coffee is actually really good. They always have at least two high quality coffee options to have with your meal and they keep it flowing!

The food is amazing and never disappoints. Me and my family come here regularly. The staff are the nicest people, and the food is where it’s at. I always get their monthly special pancakes. To die for.

Food was great ,service fast n friendly. I had grilled cheese and tomato 🍅 bisque yummy .

Ok! I’ll start off with the goods with is mostly everything! I made my own omelet with cheese, sausage, caramelized onions and roasted tomatoes, roasted potatoes on the side and white toast which came with jelly and butter on the side. I forgot to take a picture of the meal Bcaz it was so good! I got the regular pancake which was huge! So I can’t even imagine the baby daddy one which suggests it’s bigger. The syrup was so good. I’ve never had good syrup like that before! Service was extremely fast! We waited maybe ten minutes if that for our food! Probably one of the best brunch places I’ve been. Now for the down falls just in my eyes, some people might be ok with it but just my pet peeves. It was a little too snug for me and maybe Bcaz it was an open kitchen my coat smelled like good after leaving! That’s all but everything else was spot on! Definitely returning.

Excellent breakfast spot! Excellent service. They have interesting and delicious items to choose from. They put a lot of thought into their menu. Prices are quite reasonable and I love the outdoor eating section. Dining area and bathrooms are clean. Love the chalkboard walls in the bathroom. I always tag them up when I go. Highly recommend this place.

First time at the “ROASTED CAFE” Breakfast & Lunch spot In Bethlehem the staff was Great Food was AMAZING! First experience here and it did not disappoint! Went on a Saturday around 11am and 2 of us were seated immediately. It seemed like there was some wait for larger groups. Food was delicious, the cinnamon roll pancake special was so yummy and not overly sweet. The Oreo French toast was AMAZING. More of a dessert than breakfast but so worth it! Service was great as well!

A small, local business with an excellent menu that has vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Servers were very friendly and welcoming. Options for indoor or outdoor seating. Prices were very reasonable!!

This place is my new #1 breakfast spot . Great food , great prices , and great service . I can’t think of a negative thing to say . They use great ingredients , not greasy and the portions are on point .

This was my first time at Roasted and it had a great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food. Pictured are the vegan breakfast tacos and the Trifecta. The menu was full of unique options to choose from and they had a large selection of sides and add-ons.

Unbelievable food- plenty of vegetarian and vegan options that are interesting and tasty. Great atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back.
