Steve from the New Castle store was able to fix a long standing problem I was having with my phone. I had gone through a number of avenues to try and fix it and no one could. He fix it in minutes and saved me from paying 200 dollar fee through insurance. Very pleasant to deal with as well. Thanks again

I recently list my phone on vacation. When I came into the store I was greeted promptly and Isaac helped me immensely. He helped me get a new phone for a very reasonable price and also helped me get all my apps running. Definitely an asset to that store

Extremely happy with the service that we received from Hamza and Jessica. He was very patient and helpful so that we left happy and comfortable with our upgrades. They both provided excellent customer service and didn’t make us feel rushed. Definitely will continue our service needs with them!

What a great experience I had at this store! I purchased 2 new phones and 2 Apple Watches plus added 4 lines to my plan and the process smooth and super easy! The staff are very knowledgeable and make the process simple because they know exactly what they are doing. I highly recommend this store!

The reps helped me with my iPhone issues, replaced my screen and were also very knowledgeable and gave me a pamphlet to take home to my elderly parents that explains the internet services.
I live in Pittsburgh but any time I need anything I come to the New Castle store!! They are quick, & friendly!

Issac was very attentive and on his p's and q's juggling me and other customers without ever making me or I'm sure others, feel left out. After leaving the store one of my phone lines had a issue and I was able to go back to the store and Isaac went out of his way to go beyond the people at the call centers/ tech support's so called abilities and resolved tha issue right away.

I received great service at the AT&T store in the Shenango Plaza. The manager greeted me as I entered even though there were other customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, the manager worked with me to get things done just as I required. My wife is now the happy owner of a new iPhone. And he showed me all the best deals that made the whole process painless. I would go there again.

I just recently visited this AT&T location and had nothing but the best service. I upgraded my phone and the staff was very efficient with the entire process. I will definitely be back.
