We had a mess! Water tank was in attic and leaked. Earl was amazing!!! He had to relocate lines to the garage, cut drywall and went way above the call to fix our problem. He even coordinated the electrician for us the very same day. Highly, highly recommend!

One morning we found a water leak from a pipe in our basement ceiling. I called Martin’s Plumbing a little before 7 A.M., and later that day they came out and fixed the issue! They did the work for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I've used this business a few times, and each time the first call would I never get a call back when ask to leave a message. When they would call back it would be after 2nd or 3rd attempt to call, or they would show up unannounced. When they would show up, the work was fine. This last time I called I never got a call back, when I called the 2nd time was told they had other callers from the day before with the same issue. I had to tell the person answering the phone I was one of those other callers. I used this plumbing business because they were a neighboring business and I wanted to support local businesses. Any other plumbing business at least would return a call the same day and would schedule someone to come out. This business must be very busy, and doesn't seem to appreciate customers calling for service. My hot water tank had gone out and I was needing a replacement tank. It makes me wonder if they weren't a plumbing business, how long would they expect to go without water. Just a call explaining how long it would take to get service would have been appreciated. I had even ask that this tank be replaced when they were here to replace my water tank 6 months earlier but was talked out of it and was told that when it did start to leak they would come and replace it not knowing I would go days without hot water. Going forward I will give my business to someone who appreciates it.
