So many things to say, I am not sure where to start. From the moment we called Louis James Funeral home and Cremation Service PC, to obtain information of his business, Mr. Louis James personally answered our call and all of our questions and concerns. When the time came for his services to be needed, he did not disappoint us or hesitate to help us.

He was there for us every step of the way and even went above and beyond his call to help us in remembering the life and legacy of our father. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful in all aspects of his business and man kind. He restores hope to the world to know that there is love and compassion left in this world, especially in this inevitably life stage.

It was truly an amazing experience to have somebody work with us through every step of the way. Mr. Louis James is a great man who definitely loves his business and has a love for people and his community. He is a man that wears many hats and does it job very well.

If you're in the position that my family was in a month ago when my dad passed away, then here's what I'd like you to know: Lou is a kind, friendly, and compassionate person. He's caring, professional, and made everything easy. With something like this, standards and expectations should be very high. And for us Lou exceeded all of them - really. His funeral home is immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, and easy to find in Bethlehem. His pricing is fair. He presents different arrangement options but, without pressure, lets your decide which is most appropriate. Most important in this process, though, is feeling that your loved one is being cared for during this last transition. Lou will give you that feeling.

Mr. James was a great help in both preparing for and managing the passing of our elderly mother. He was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and sensitive to the needs of our family who all came from out of town to care for our mother in her final earthly days and passing. I want to thank Louis James for care of my father after his passing. Louis and his team picked my father up before I arrived at the funeral home hours after I called to make arrangements.
