Better Chinese food than their competitors. I especially love the sweet and sour pork, proper restaurant style, which is nothing like takeout food. They use a juicy, fatty cut of pork belly. The sensation of biting through the sturdy crunchy batter to be greeted by pork fat and juices, intermingling with the thick sauce—just blissful. However, they need to improve their quality control, as one time the pork was rancid and the batter did not crisp up.

The mapo tofu’s great. I’d avoid the red-braised pork, though, as it didn’t taste quite right.

I enjoyed the energy, authentic Chinese Cuisine, astounding Bubble Tea 🧋, & friendly staff that got me in without a reservation in less than 10 minutes! I ordered Taro flavored bubble tea & it was OUTSTANDING, I paired it with King Mushroom Chicken & left satisfied with the incredible flavor & unable to eat another bite! U & Tea has some of the best Chinese Food in Bethlehem!

Had bubble tea a few weeks ago and it was delicious. Decided to have lunch today. Amazing. Everything was delicious. Garlic ribs were insane, basil chicken delicious, pots stickers were perfect too. Can't wait to try other things on the menu.

It was a rainy day, it was Sunday and this place was full for a reason. The food was excellent!
Everything we ordered was fresh and cooked to perfection. Will be back for more.

Absolutely amazing. I've never had Chinese food this fresh and well made before. Once you order, the food comes out quickly. My boyfriend and I ordered general tsos chicken, shrimp fried rice, stir fried string beans, soup buns, and shrimp potstickers. Everything was cooked to order and tasted amazing as it was seasoned perfectly. I also ordered a Thai Milk bubble tea. It was delicious! It was a million times better than Hocca down the street. I am so glad that we decided to come here. It was well worth it! If you're on the fence, you should for sure come here and try everything your heart desires!

This place is exceptional! The food is delicious and comes in large portions. The staff is kind and efficient. And the food came out really fast after ordering! The place can get busy on weekends since it’s pretty popular, but the food will not disappoint! This was a great date night spot. I also understand that it is BYOB. Visiting here I definitely recommend getting a bubble tea!

Fabulous place! Great food! They were able to seat a party of 6 adults and 1 child immediately. They explained all of the dishes that we didn't understand. Bill was about $180 which was great because we had to have gotten at least 7 dishes, which we shared family style. I would definitely go again!

The food here is always delicious, tastes fresh, flavorful and satisfying. Decently priced and a good amount of food on your plate! It’s pretty much our #1 place to go!

I like to come here for the authentic Chinese food. The mala spicy soup is my favorite. The soup dumpling is not homemade. I enjoy the Peking duck that served with the steamed roll. They have bubble tea also. I try the rice claypot one time and it’s tasty.

I cannot believe I haven't put a review here before! The food is just amazing. Fresh, delicious, huge portions (enough for a few days!). I try to get something different everytime I go, but my personal favorites are the crispy garlic ribs - just heaven! The salt & pepper ribs are equally delicious. I love all their fried rices, but the pineapple fried rice is my favorite. Hubby loves the lamb, squid and chicken skewers - great spice on them. I recommend getting the peking duck on the bao buns. Served with a delicious plumb sauce, these are little clouds of perfection. Bubble teas are amazing here & I also love their honey ginger tea. The staff is awesome - especially Alice. She will guide you on how and what to order. Haven't met a single person who did not like U&Tea.

After hearing about u & tea from my Lehigh University grad boyfriend for 6 the last years…. We finally went together last night. What a great spot! And cute town. But not only was the food as incredible as my boyfriend has told me repeatedly (and all his fraternity brothers) but the service was just outstanding. I can’t say enough about our waitress whose name I did not get but she was so nice and really knew what she was doing. Knew the products well and was able to give me two outstanding recommendations. Griffin got his usual since 2013: sausage Fried Rice and a bowl of chicken dumpling soup. I got a plate of the Beef Ho Fun (totally new dish for me) and a TARO BOBA TEA 🧋 such a treat. I saw another customer with one and was like wait they have boba…?!!!! Must try. Waitress suggested I try taro and I was like awesome because I was leaning that way anyway. It was delicious - griffin couldn’t stop yelling about how good it was. We get boba in philly at home at our favorite spot and U and ‘Tea boba has to be the ONLY place we’ve tried that is up to our standards. So delicious…. Get one if nothing else and you’re just walking by. Was ready in minutes. Our entrees were also ready within 5 minutes of ordering and tasted SO DAMN GOOD. I was blown away. And the portion sizes were massive and was only $11.95 for mine. What a steal. It happened to be an employees birthday and they had their own little dinner and cake with singing (it was late maybe 9pm) and afterwards brought us slices of their cake ! So sweet. It was really yummy too , thank you 😊 she packed up the food for us even tho she didn’t have to while asking me about where we are from and stuff then made sure to let me know to heat up my leftovers in a on not the microwave. So kind. I really loved our experience and am excited to return next time we’re back at Lehigh for whatever reasons. Thank you!

U &tea never fails. Food is always excellent. Staff always remember us., it's like home. I had my usual wonton noodles soup. My daughter had me looking everywhere for soup dumplings and I &tea has them!!! She was so happy and they were delicious. She tried a new soup too, the Vietnamese beef and noodle. It was delicious. I love coming here

All I will say is try their Garlic Ribs, they are amazing. Best Chinese food in the Lehigh Valley. They have all the traditional Chinese fast food dishes but they stand out with much more variation. Their milk boba tea with reduced sugar is a nice treat as well.

The chicken Ho Fun was so good! I loved its smoky taste! The food was ready in a blink of an eye, which surprised me! Pretty cozy place too. Looking forward to trying other dishes here.

In my experience this is the best Chinese food restaurant in the area. I had the Basil Chicken which was outstanding. Chicken fried rice was well made too. The Chicjen dumpling soup ordered as medium spicy was a bit too spicy for me. Due to the way kitchen is set up, my soup came last. Assuming you want your soup as most people do, I would suggest you mention that to the waiter taking your order. It is a very hospitable atmosphere

I was in Bethlehem summer of 2018 and had the vegetable ho fun from U and Tea several times. It was delicious and quickly became my favorite food.

I left PA and looked for other sources of ho fun, chow fun, and wide beef noodles that would sooth my new addiction. In this time, I moved to SC, Nashville, TN, the Bay area in CA, and the Detroit Area in MI. Nothing compared.

I was traveling to NY from MI and realized I was going to cut in close to Bethlehem. I decided to make a pilgrimage to U and Tea to get the ho fun, and see if it was as good as I remembered.

It is. It's still amazing. Still my favorite food.

With the pandemic, we hadn't been here in a while. Better menu than I remembered, and with the pictures. Pork dumplings were very good. Daughter enjoyed the soup dumplings (yes, watch out, they are hot inside). All of the dishes had good flavor and portion size (and leftovers!). Looking forward to going back soon.

Authentic Chinese cooking. They have an assortment of noodles, from wheat to rice, and from thin to fat cut. Noodle dishes are great. Vegetable dishes are fresh and flavorful. Good tea, represents many regions of the far east, and tea is served with a "proper" tea tray. If you do not like the American Chinese cooking style (fatty and starchy) you would like this place. Try the "Ma la dry hot pot" or the deep fried "salt and pepper pork ribs", or the "shredded pork with peppers".

Service is good and consistent. Staff is always helpful and attentive.

Went with some family today for the first time off a recommendation. Will definitely be coming back! Both the bubble teas (lychee and almond) and all the food we recieved was delicious. Staff were kind and service was quick, very enjoyable experience all around!
