We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary here for dinner before a show at the wind Creek Theatre. Everything was delicious. The service was top-notch and they sent out a special dessert for anniversary. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again.

If you forgive the fact it’s attached to wind creek casino Chophouse served a pretty amazing meal. Went as a group and had a great time. There are a lot of great steakhouses in the Valley but don’t pass on Chophouse.

What a wonderful experience. We went to celebrate my birthday and see the John, Jon, and Pete show. From asking about our experience with the performers to each staff member wishing me happy birthday, The service was just outstanding; we haven’t had polite, timely, or professional service like this…ever! The manager and the two servers taking care of us each made authentic conversation that made the experience feel so personalized. On top of that, our server made a few enhancements to our meal that really put this experience over the top. My wife and I don’t have huge appetites so we chose to split a drink, a couple appetizers and an entree. The waitstaff and kitchen dressed up each dish to accommodate two plates, which again made the meal feel so personalized and high class. The food was amazing, The lobster bisque was also the best we’ve ever had! Can’t recommend this place enough. The picture doesn’t do it justice, I had already stolen a few bites.

You can't go wrong with the Chop House. We had booked early, since we had a show to go to afterwards, and everything was perfect. Great service, as expected. These aren't your average college student staff, and it shows. The food was, as always phenomenal. Great value, for this level of food and service.

We started with an amazing lobster bisque, done the right way (without any gummy cornstarch). You can't beat the texture that you get with grinded lobster shells, and a real deal roux. Garnished with lobster chunks, and sherry cream. Incredible.

Next we both had the incredible, melt in your mouth, Short rib, with whipped Yukon Gold mash potatoes, fresh vegetable jardinière, Paris style, with butter roasted mushrooms, fresh peas, and round carrots. Comfort food, at its finest.

Delicious food and impeccable service for a table of 6. Appetizers: calamari and scallops - excellent and fresh. Main course: filet mignon (x 3), NY strip, seafood pasta, and the king salmon - all amazing and cooked to perfection. Sides: Corn cobbler with sour cream and salsa verde topping, sweet mashed potatoes with marshmallow topping, whipped potato, and crisp asparagus - delicious and gobbled them up. Dessert: vanilla cheesecake with figs and sorbet and crème brûlée with sorbet and orange slices and a small taste of chocolate cake - really creative and outstanding flavors. They brought out complimentary specialty macaroons for my dads birthday treat. They even send you home with delicious truffle chocolates. It rivals TopCut in the promenade shops for sure. Personally, I think this place edged them out quite a bit. I loved all the seafood options as well. You do have to walk through the casino floor to get to the restaurant - that’s an experience! I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant and would come here again.

My son and I had the pleasure of dining at Chop House prior to a show on 10/4. We both ordered medium rare 7 ounce filet mignon, which were impeccably prepared. The sides consisted of button mushrooms and mashed potatoes equally as enjoyable. Topped of with a bottle of Simi cabernet, it was a quality meal with 5 star service to usher in our pleasure while dining.

The food is always fantastic here, definitely the best steakhouse in the area. Sadly we have young kids and are not able to come in due to the 21 year old restrictions. I hope that they at least let security escort family to restaurants again. Make no sense to have great restaurants on campus and we can't access because under 21.

The experience was exactly what we expected. The service was amazing. We had two waiters serving us. Several members of management checking in. The ambiance was inspiring and we had a great time. We didn't hold back we offered EVERYTHING we wanted to try. My husband loved the steak it melted in his mouth. I loved the lamb chops! We both got the lobster tail which was cooked perfectly. The chop salad got gobbled up quickly and the whipped potatoes were perfection. We were not big on the Mac and cheese and creamed spinach but that did not change our enjoyment of the meal. Dessert and coffee was excellent!

My husband and I were in Bethlehem for Christmas and since we had such a positive dining experience at the Chop House when we stayed at Wind Creek in September we decided to have our Christmas eve dinner here even though we weren't staying at Wind Creek this time. What a nice dinner. We had the crush martinis, we shared a special seafood salad appetizer, my husband had rib eye steak and I had king salmon. Everything was delicious and our server Alex assisted by Michael was outstanding...he even did a synchronized serving of our main dishes.

The food was delicious and the dinner was appropriately paced, I didn't feel like I was rushed or that I waited too long for any of the food. On the table we got the cheese plate which introduced us to cheeses imported directly from France. There were 4 cuts of steak, all done to perfection! The pork chop was also very good.
None of the steak come with sides, but the sides were large enough for us to share around the table plus have extra to take home.
The dessert was probably one of the most delicious confections I've had. It was a special so it's not always offered, but the sorbet that came with it was amazing.

We had a 7 pm reservation. We were seated immediately . Our server greeted us right away, and was perfectly attentive throughout our whole experience. There is nothing we would change. The appetizer we had was considered a specialty and a customer favorite, the Calamari, and it far exceeded our expectations, it was outstanding! Perfectly breaded, cooked and the sauce was insanely yummy! My Shrimp and scallops with basil butter sauce was top notch, I was wishing I had more! My husband loved his crab cakes. I had the raspberry blood orange sangria , so good I had to order the rare ‘second’ glass! My husband said his Bloody Mary was fantastic ! So overall it was 10 out of 10!

Always a great experience. Amazing Mac and cheese, melt in your mouth steaks, incredible seafood....
The lemon merengue on the petit four dessert is astounding!!!
I love the quiet atomosphere, great place for a quiet date, not what you would expect inside a casino!

I took my significant other here for her birthday, she's into the sea food, I love a good steak, and this place delivers for both! We started with the calamari as an appetizer, for the meals she got the swordfish and I got my NY strip steak. Everything was excellent. The server was very friendly and attentive. Two different managers approached us to see how the meal was going, one in the middle and the other just before we left. Both were very kind and seem genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our time there. This restaurant is located just off of the casino floor. It can be accessed either from the casino floor itself, or by walking just down the hall and up the stairs from the event center. The facility does have an open food court, however this particular restaurant nicely is closed off from the rest of the noise and can easily make for a romantic dining experience. Sadly there does not seem to be access to the restaurant from directly outside, so either way you've got to walk through the inside of the facility. Will certainly revisit next time we're in town!

I have to admit, the past few months of working as a massage therapist in Philadelphia really took a toll on me. Exhausted and longing for a breather, I made the decision to escape to Bethlehem, PA for some quality R&R. And, let me tell you, this little adventure of mine led me straight to the gastronomical heaven - Chop House at Wind Creek. That was a trip highpoint I wasn't expecting, but was beyond ecstatic to stumble upon!

The thrilling affair kicked off with drinks that tasted as stellar as they were presented - a salute to the wizardry of Amanda and her troupe behind the bar. Soon came a parade of delicacies. The stunningly plated shrimp cocktail, the scallops done to faultless succulence, and let's not forget the filet mignon that I can only describe as extraordinary. And those mashed potatoes - a wholesome cuddle on a plate. As the grand finale, the sinfully delightful chocolate cake won the show!

What elevated the whole experience, though, was the stunningly hospitable service. Both Amanda and Betsey masterfully played their roles of friendly, comforting hostesses. My friends were similarly taken in by the caliber of their orders - the calamari, roasted chicken, clams, spinach, and the unforgettable lobster mac and cheese. Long story short, the Chop House has my enthusiastic stamp of approval for an exemplary culinary journey

Everything you'd expect from a high-end steak joint. Service was excellent, food very good, especially the sides. Possibly the best pistachio ice cream ever!

Tonight I enjoyed dinner at Emerils Chop House and enjoyed for starters Lobster 🦞 Bisque, BBQ Shrimp with Grits, Japanese Wagyu Steak with a Bake Potatoe! The Lobster Bisque was and is the BEST I EVER EATEN! The BBQ Shrimp 🍤 with Grits was spectacular! The Wagyu Steak was Cooked perfectly! Our waiters were Chris and unfortunately I don't recall his colleague name but were very tentative and EXCEPTIONAL! I wish to give a BIG SHOUT OUT! TO THE GENERAL MANAGER WILLIAM MCRAE WHO WAS HANDLING THE HOSTING RECEPTION DESK. HE WAS THE UTMOST WELCOMING, FRIENDLY AND ALL AROUND GREAT PERSON. FIRST IMPRESSION IS A LASTING AND HE MADE US FEEL WELCOME! Thank you to all at Emerils Chop House!
