As a pretty new person going in, everything seems fine to me and appears their client service is understandable and nice. Love the open clear space! Usually very few people every time I come in any of the day. ^ - ^

Customer service is excellent! Everyone is very outgoing and helpful.

I was in a month ago july 2019 and I've been in there in the last year 2018 pretty much every month and I don't have any complaints about the customer service. The customer service has been professional and polite nothing like what others have experienced reading from others that have given reviews.
The interior is well maintained and clean.
Only complaint I have is that the ATMs as of late suck I have the put in multiple small amounts for deposits. Airport Road machines to have been the same.
Looks like I'll have to call that 800 number they have on the machine.
I didn't call that number originally because I had another complain that I wanted to bring to their attention as well.
I did contact BB&T customer service and they told the they would get back to me about this is to its been almost a month and I have not heard anything now that is an actual customer service that sucks there. It wasn't just customer service it was a certain specific department that deals with these problems that said that they would get back to me.
I'll have to call them back since I had the same problem AGAIN when I went August 12 2019.

Just waiting here and customer in long line with dog that continuously barked and growled. Nobody on staff intervened.

I was mauled by dog and uncontrolled canine stresses me. I did not want to approach or cause confrontation.

I left and did not open account.

Utterly the most racist bank existed. I am disgusted how they function here.

My mom came here and she’s a POC, she wanted to take out cash to pay for my dad’s funeral and the manager there stated that she can’t until she gives her credentials (I.D.), so she did. The manager there proceeded to say that my mom could be a scammer and called here whole being “a red flag”

I’m sorry this is just making me cry, my mom already can’t handle the lost of my dad. He died at the age of 48. He was young, but I wished this bank treated her better in the midst of grieving.

Some reviews say the employees are racist, however, as a white person who has been here many times and dealt with the most rude, condescending, miserable, misanthropic employees, I can assure you they hate all their customers equally.

This has to be the most racist bank me and my husband has ever dealt with. He gets checks from work with this bank name on it and every single time he goes they give him the hardest time cashing the check. Some times they cash it sometimes they don’t. I guess it depends on how racist they are feeling that day. None of the Caucasian workers have to ever deal with this. This bank doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Ever since Truist took over they have been GARBAGE. My wife hit with 4, that's right FOUR, F-o-U-r overdraft fees within as many days. Saying that we're unhappy with hot mess this place has become is an understatement.

Another Truist ATM out of order. Coming from South Jersey. Needed to make a deposit. This happens with them in my area all the time and now this is becoming a joke. Need to find another bank soon.

Worst bank ever. Should have stayed KNBT. ATMs almost never work. I cant give no stars
