I would give 10 stars if possible. Alan Kunsman Roofing previously replaced my detached garage roof and trimmed out my garage door and garage entrance doors. All interactions were great and timely. Pat in the office and Jeremy the estimator were superb to deal with.
All prices were very reasonable and significantly cheaper than estimates from other roofing companies.
Highly recommend!

I give this company 10+++. Working with this company was such a positive experience. They were quick to respond to my urgent need for a new roof. Everone involved from start to finish was respectful of me and my property. I felt they were honest and reasonably priced. My roof had existing heat tape which was reinstalled upon completion of the roof. So happy I made the choice to use this company.

Everyone at Alan Kunsman Roofing was courteous, professional
and friendly. They did an excellent job and my roof never looked better. They also replaced my gutters. They cleaned everything up to the last nail. I would highly recommend them as they were recommended to me.

Don gave a competitive price, and provided prompt service, and a great crew who installed a new roof on this old house, and maintained a clean worksite. That checked all the boxes for me. Bonus: This new roof (and specifically as Don explained, the underlayment) has noticeably increased the insulation of my home. I anticipate saving a lot of heating and cooling $$ over time as a result.

We had a large piece of fascia missing from the roof of our steep townhouse where volumes of water would enter, work its way down between a common wall, then pour out into our finished basement. A tropical storm was coming in the next day and I desperately needed someone with a tall ladder to patch it. Neighborhood FB Group heavily referred Alan Kunsman Roofing. I contacted them and they had Chaz's Team respond within 15 minutes to patch the repair thoroughly (coming back after storms to acquire and properly replace missing fascia). The storms came and absolutely no water entered our basement. The relief for us has been tremendous - reducing further clean up efforts, further property damage, and total stress! Everyone involved in this process was incredibly responsive, professional, thorough, understanding and friendly. Their above and beyond efforts were super appreciated... and I would never hesitate to refer or call them again! TY!!

We recently had our roof replaced. Alan Kunsman company was very professional. They replaced a big roof in two days. The guys worked very hard, did a wonderful job. They cleaned up every little piece of old singles and nails. They paid attention to my landscaping. Can't say enough about this company. They did a great job. My husband hired them and they came in with their crew and did a very large roof job in two days time, all the while keeping my surrounding area very clean, and respecting my landscape of flowers and shrubs. The price was very reasonable, and the quality was to our expectation. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever need. This is the roof before but just to show the size of the house. Definitely 5 stars

The Kunsman team was great to work with over the years we lived in our house in Bethlehem between annual roof repair, and a roof install this year. They are easy to communicate with and did a fast and fantastic job on the recent roof install. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Company! I have used Alan Kunsman , roofing many times in the past. from slate roof repair, to removal and re-installing of brand new shingles. They do what they say, clean up, and very profesional. Chris Yerger, has been spot on throughout my recent project and he is my "Go To Guy".

Called about leak around brick chimney. Tech came, didn't leave driveway that's 100 ft. from house. Claimed chimney needs to be rebuilt. Didn't even take ladder off truck to look closer. Two other chimneys on house that are just as old stay dry.
That being said, once the lead mason came by, he did climb on roof to determine what work would be needed. He took pictures and then we discussed possible solutions. Work plan was formed and his crew arrived in a timely manner. The work performed was very satisfactory, all debris cleaned up and very happy with results.

We needed to have our barn roof repaired or replaced. Travis and Alan each came out to give us estimates and explain what the options were to solve our problems. A replacement was our best option and Kunsman Roofing completed our project, on time, for a reasonable price. Our barn roof looks great and is leak free. I really enjoyed working with the folks at Kunsman Roofing.

I have been using Kunsman roofing for 3 decades for inspections, repairs and 2 new roofs on 2 separate homes. Alan and his associates are thorough, professional and polite. His roofing crews, in both replacements were like worker bees, professional, no nonsense hard working. They also did an outstanding job every time in cleanup during and after the job.
