Parked here for lunch at a place nearby. The QR code on the sign made it easy to pay. You also get a 30 min and 15 min warning text/email when your time is about to expire.

Great location, but there are some problems with the pay machine screens (see photos), and the machine failed to print a receipt.

PPA officer was rude and curt when asked a simple question about rules for street parking in the area

Do not park here. Aggressive enforcement by this private party. The moment your ticket expires, the attendant puts on a barnacle on your windshield and you have to pay $475 to remove. Not worth the risk or trouble. Better to drive around to find street parking.
