As a parent needing childcare for the first time, looking through all the locally available options and weighing the benefits and drawbacks was anxiety-inducing. We were lucky enough to choose Lissa’s right off the bat, there have been no regrets and we plan on keeping our kids there until they’re grown enough to attend school.

It’s heartwarming to see how much the teachers love and care for our children. It’s been the greatest experience so far as working parents, knowing our children are being watched over and taught by responsible and loving people and that we don’t have to worry about their wellbeing when we’re gone most of the day.

I love Lissa's Learning Ladder! I couldn't ask for a better place to take my kids. I had so much anxiety looking for a place for my son and when I walked into Lissa's Learning Ladder I knew it was the place for us. Everyone is so kind and amazing with the kids. When I'm at work I don't have to worry about my son or daughter when she goes. I know they are being well taken care of. With my sons health issues I finally feel like I'm not crazy. They notice all the little things that a mom would. I have been able to start to get my son the help he needs because they are so vigilant. They go above and beyond!

My son has gone here since he was 12 weeks old (now almost 4 years old). The staff are amazing and have always taken such great care of him. Now that he is in the preschool room he is learning to write his name and practice numbers, letters, and shapes. He has made great friends here. I have nothing but good things to say about Lissa’s!

This is the place! My granddaughter has been going here for 3 years now. Lissa is outstanding and so is her team! I drop off my granddaughter with no worries and that says a lot coming from me! Not only do I trust the care they provide but what my granddaughter has learned at the daycare is amazing. They do so much with those kids it's out of this world! Thank you for all that you do! You have made a safe place for children and I thank you guys.

Lissas’s has the family touch. I know that my kiddo is well loved and taken care of, and even though we live in Eagle, it’s so worth the drive to know that I’ve left him in good hands. Now that he’s three, I also know that they’re helping to prepare him for kindergarten with the daily practice of letters, numbers, colors, and shapes.

My son went here for a few months but our experience was awesome! Teachers are very personable and love the kiddos! The facility was also extremely clean and well kept! Would highly recommend this place.. we left for reasons not relating to the facility and we’re so sad to go. Highly highly recommend this daycare center!

I would recommend Lissa's Learning Ladder. You will get a high quality daycare / preschool. Lissa is the owner, she is a wonderful woman who put her whole heart to this place. She cares about the children, she loves each one of them. She has passion to make this daycare to be your children "second house" while you have to go to work. She hires great teachers as well. She makes sure your children on someone's hands that loves kid and has loads of patience, well I couldn't be around 10 kids for more than 2 hours but these teachers are so on it! Every teacher is friendly and polite. The teachers will let you know how your kids are doing throughout the day. They smile, greet, and ask how are you doing every time you see them! One thing I've noticed is Lissa's Learning Ladder is not only the place that people watch your kids, but they teach your kids. They learn how to write, read, crafts, and most important how to get along together.

The facility is super clean, they sanitize by the end of the day, everyday! You could not find a spot with spider web or dust on it. The place is beautiful, flowers everywhere, Lissa, her family & the teachers really take care of the place as well. Your children will get variety of foods throughout the day and get healthy meals & snacks. They get to visit parks, pumpkin patch and more. They make sure the kids safe and not to play outside if the weather is too hot or too cold.

I remember my daughter started there and she was barely talk when she was almost 2 years old, within months she talks better. My daughter off to Kindergarten now and she was sad for weeks because that's how she (we) love this place and we miss all of them terribly. I'd vote Lissa's Learning Ladder to be the best daycare in Treasure Valley!

PS. And yes, my daughter had been on other daycares too, Lissa's is the best :) !

My son attended Lissa's Learning Ladder a couple of years ago when he was 3-5 years old. He's 6 now and he always mentions how great it was and how much he wishes he could back :(

Now, they take care of my 4 month baby girl. Every time I go pick her up she seems like she wants to stay!

I truly love Lissa and all the teachers.

I called and talked to Lissa, the owner, to inquire about having my youngest son (5 months) watched on an as needed basis when I was ready to go back to work. She said they were full Wednesdays but other than that, they could usually get him in and to call the week before I needed care just to put him on the schedule. Her center watched my son twice. The last two times I have called, there was one reason or another in which she couldn’t take my son (once they were “down a teacher” and the other time “they were full”). I get it. No problem. I called yesterday to see if she could take him for one day next week and Lissa told me that they recently had more babies come and their infant room was now full and they couldn’t take him ever. That seemed weird to me because just two months ago they were just full on the one day.
The same day, I had a friend of mine call to see if they could watch her infant and she said yes except they were booked on Wednesdays.
I cannot believe after giving her so much business over the course of my two older kids I was lied to. When her center watched my two older kids, I was an ideal client. I made on-time payments, never late for pick-up...
I wonder what the truth behind Lissa denying my son care really was. He is 5 months old, so he isn’t old enough to be naughty. Lissa made the financial terms of the agreement so it couldn’t be money. Her infant room isn’t full, so that couldn’t be it. If he is a hard baby and they just couldn’t handle it, I can understand that, too. I appreciate honesty.
I guess be careful who you trust to watch your kids because it’s on Lissas terms and at the drop of a hat, you can be dropped for no valid reason. It doesn’t bother me that I need to find alternate childcare, it bothers me that she lied to me.

Terrible experience. Absolutely no communication with staff! Was called one day at work to come get my boys because they were having a bad day... THEY ARE 2 YEARS OLD! As all of us are very well aware a two year old toddler is going to have bad days from time to time. My wife and I were never told about any issues as a matter of fact every evening at 4:30 when they were picked up all the teachers there would tell her how good the boys were. Lisa the owner is extremely critical of the children and treated our boys like there was something wrong with them. she is not a teacher just in it for the $$. As she will also not except any children who's parents have to use I.C.C.P.. (one of the questions she asked before we enrolled our boys) This daycare is extremely crowded as they try and pack it so full to maximize profits that even when there at capacity they keep the NOW ENROLING sign up 365 days a year. At first glance this place looks like a nice place to leave your babies while you have to work but the owner and teachers seem extremely impatient and obviously overwhelmed. Please to all the awesome parents out there with very young children reconsider taking your children here. Our boys are loving, super smart and amazing they didn't do anything to deserve that kind of treatment. It breaks my heart to know that how my boys were treated.

Owner was very short and rude with my mother. Previously said they had availability, then two days later said they had no room. When my mother tried asking questions about the programs, all the owner said was “try again in June” multiple times with a sarcastic smile and thumbs up. If she’s rude to a potential customer, I can’t imagine how she is with children.
