Recommended by a coworker and Bobby Z's went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. Bobby immediately diagnosed the problem and went to work. His confidence and positive attitude made for a great experience. I now "have a guy" and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Bobby Z's!

Bobby and assistant put in new tub and surround. Also recommended that if you are replacing the tub might as well replace all piping underneath. Made sense since original pipes. Also told me didn't know what we would get into once walls were taken out. Again, made sense to replace them. Very fair in pricing. And now we have a beautiful tub/surround. Calgon, take my wife away! Thanks Bobby and Tony.

I called Bobby about a leak coming from my inside the wall.He Promptly came over and accessed the situation.I thought it was going to be a major issue and he found a leak coming from my toilet tank.He installed a new toilet at a very fair price and took away the old one.I was very happy with Bobby's services.I HIGHLY recommend him.

Bobby showed up in the middle of the night after a pipe burst, and he couldn't have been more professional and timely.

Bobby started our job after receiving 50 percent deposit. He left the job site within 6 hours, cashed the check and never returned. I had to hire a different plumber to finish the job.

"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bobby plumbing and heating, I paid a deposit of $1800 for some work to be done, but unfortunately, the person stopped answering my calls and never did the work. I have tried to contact them several times, but to no avail. This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I’m not sure what happened this time, I’ve even used Bobby before. He set the appointment time, and confirmed it. Not only did he not show up, his phone was off and his vm box full. Phone calls, texts, and an email sent. None responded to. I’ve only just seen his other reviews and unfortunately it doesn’t seem out of character. Best to look elsewhere for your plumbing needs

Update 11/1/2022:
I had a small claims court settlement with Bobby, and he agreed to return a portion of my deposit. He also apologized profusely at the time about not finishing the work. Since then the deadline has gone past and he never sent the check as he promised and stopped answering. I would say I'm surprised but I experience that once already. Yet one more example of how untrustworthy and unreliable he is.

I hired Bobby to do a full water service (replacing the lead water supply line from the street) because he seemed to be a down to earth hard working honest guy in person. Boy was I wrong. After we signed the contract and I gaved him the deposit, he took couple months to get the permits and start working. May be that was due to the city, but on the day he finally came to do the job, he stopped working in the middle claiming "the weather was too hot" to finish. He just covered the street hole with a steel plate and left. It has now been 3 weeks later and he still hasn't came by to finish. During this time, he would promise to finish the job on a certain day even confirming it the day before, then just don't show up and ignore all calls. Unbelieveable! He wasn't even willing to just get on a call and give a straight answer. I couldn't believe how unreliable and untrustworthy he turn out to be. Stay away!!!
