Big Dawg's Plumbing & Heating

This past Saturday, 4/27/24, we discovered our basement had standing water with no idea of the source. By Sunday, our basement contents were flooded and we found the source of the leak was the main line feed at the front of the house. I called several other plumbing companies, but the highly recommended Big DAWG Plumbing answered on the 1st ring. Matt requested photos of interior basement and outside main shut off valve, which were sent. Matt was then at my home within 1.5 hours and attempted to shut off water from the source, which didn't work. Matt therefore installed a sump pump to catch as much water as possible until his crew could get here to dig. On Monday afternoon, a Big DAWG Plumbing truck arrived, put out barricades to advise neighbors to move cars due to scheduled work planned for the next day. On Tuesday, 04/30/24, @ 7:00AM as scheduled the "TOP GUN OPERATION" of the Big DAWG Plumbing company came in full force with crew and heavy machinery to excavate, repair the main line pipe and re-cement the sidewalk as contracted. Big DAWG Plumbing is a PROFESSIONAL outfit. The experience has been no less than STELLAR! The follow up and follow through is thorough and I'd recommend this company to any and every person I know in need of plumbing services. They are the full service company you need when you are in dire need!

Shout out to Carlos and Tim for the exceptional work they had done on my kitchen drain spout. Both are very professional and conscientious workers. When the job was completed, they went over their work with me and explained in detail what they done and the reason why it came off in the first place. The price of the job was more than fair. Big Dawgs will now be my plumber moving forward.

I had a cracked cast iron drain pipe from my bathroom leaking into my living room, in a 1 bathroom house it was an urgent situation! Matt, the owner, came out himself to do the repair since all of his guys were fully scheduled. He had it fixed in a few hours for a reasonable price, cleaned everything up, and was very friendly. So glad to have found a reliable and honest plumber.

BIG DAWG is WONDERFUL! They are courteous, professional, and accommodating. They are also extremely punctual, take their job seriously and explain step-by-step what the problem is and how they will repair it. They are very neat and clean up at end of day.
