Very good customer service. Spoke with kind gentleman named fred. He fixed the jump ring of my silver necklace very quickly and polished it for $15. 10 out of 10 would go again.

This jeweler is hands down the place to go.From the moment I called to the moment I walked in the door the customer service was unparalleled. Fred listened to my concern, since I was missing a stone on my band, and he carefully inspected the band and made sure that he had the correct stone and went above and beyond my expectations. He delivered before the promised day, and I couldn’t even explain how impressed I am with how integral, honest, genuine, caring, this man is. If you need a jeweler, and you need excellent service with reasonable pricing, this is THE place to go.

I was looking for a place to get my ring resized and polish. Went on google look up what was near and the reviews. End up going in when he looked at my ring and tell me yes it can be resized and polished for the price he was going to do it I was shocked. My ring was looking rusty. When I picked up my ring I was blown away Happy and this review is being written 6 days later this place deserves it.

I bought my first (and last) pair of screw back earrings, not realizing how unhappy my ears would be with them. I called Jan's to find out if the posts could be changed rather than having to get new settings. Fred told me that it could be done. When I came in, Fred took the time to figure out which gauge I would be comfortable with and the work was completed the same day. He even took my screw back backings and deducted their gold weight value from the price of the work. Fred was very professional and courteous, even for a job as small as mine. This is the only place I will be going for repairs and adjustments to my jewelry and I plan on recommending Jan's Jeweler's and Fred Johnson to everyone I know!

After researching many jewelers from Deerfield Beach to Boynton Beach for the repair of my mom's diamond wedding band, I decided on Jan's. I am so happy I did! Fred did an outstanding job and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Jan's Jewelers!

I’m non-traditional and Fred listened and designed my ring exactly as imagined: ordering the specific stone and adding his own special expert twist. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I recently visited this jewlery store and had an extremely pleasant experience. The man, Fred, I dealt with was just lovely; very professional and completed my custom item in a timely manner. His customer service qualities are superb! I was more than ecstatic with the final product and will definitely be a loyal customer from here on out. They do everything from fixing jewlery, to creating one of a kind pieces! They also buy your gold that you no longer want. I've already been back a few times to have some jewlery fixed (which came out amazing by the way). I only wish I had found this hidden gem of a jewelry store sooner!

Fred is super nice and takes pride in his work. He does everything. Sells, repairs and designs your jewelry. I plan to have some ring resizing done this week.
