Need some work on phone skills...Great store and new owner has made many wonderful upgrades...

Lots of inventory in a small space, but helpful, knowledgeable staff & nice selection. Never come out empty handed.

I have been getting my boots from Marks for 7 or so years, bought all my socks, Carhartt hoodies and multiple coats and even some cast iron cookware. It was time for a new pair this year so I went back. It was the middle of the day during a weekday and I had the store all to myself. I heard the bell in back go off when I walked in, I waited 15 minutes before anyone came out to help me. The woman who was "helping" me seemed put off that I had questions about finding an insulated pair of boots and frankly was just rude. I will take her advice however and go online to find a pair of boots I like, but I'll be damned if I give them any more of my business after the way they treated me.

(OLD. These people know how to fit your boots to your feet, I'll never buy boots anywhere else again.)

This is the place for workwear and cowboy stuff. If you still like to try stuff on before you buy it and with boots that is definitely still recommended they will help you out. They will measure your feet and make size recommendations and are surprisingly well stocked. I'm a Double H guy and they always carry a good selection of this Pennsylvania brand

Great store, small business owned, love it. Can't think of shopping anywhere else.

Great place with a home town feel and attention to detail. A bit crowded given the small store but I felt appreciated because I was actually sold a pair of boots that were less money (and less profit for them) but fit my need much better than a pair I picked out myself. That kind of customer first attitude won my business and would recommend them to anyone.

Just bought boots there! I couldn't make up my mind, but the attention & service I received (plus, the fun😉)far surpassed any shoe store I've been in! Thank you Ladies! You all made my shopping experience a blast!! I'll be back in the future & my family & friends too!! Merry Christmas!

Been buying boots here for years. Fair prices on the boots I wear including Double H, Tony Lamas, and Justin Boots. Have other brands as well. Good customer service. Support Local Business!

Marks outfiters has the most down to earth staff such a pleasant time and I never leave without feeling like I was top priority even though there was other customers. I'll never get my work boots anywhere else!

Mark's Outfitters is a great place to shop for shoes boots and outerwear. They carry a wide selection and the customer service is top notch.

Great place .....it definitely changed with new owners not sure I like it had to hunt for prices it's like they try to hide the price ...reminded me of being in the Redwing store

I have purchased work boots and special outdoor clothing from Mark's for nearly twenty years and continue to mail order from them although I moved out-of-state years ago. They know their product, price fairly, accommodating and trustworthy retailers.

Love this place!! Very pricey but worth the dough! Hubby got work boots a couple weeks ago & I got some beautiful "Justin" Tan & Indian turqusise colored Cowgirl Boots on a "Bogo half off" sale! Whoop!! Will definitely shop there again!!:)

If you want cheap stuff, go somewhere else, but if you want top notch footwear and top notch help, see the fine folks at Mark's. GREAT place!

I went to Mark’s for the first time yesterday and was amazed at the selection of gear. The amount of Cahartt, Darn Tough Vermont, Keen and other gear was impressive. The service was fantastic! I am already planning when I can go back.

Great hometown atmosphere! Staff is well versed and helpful. They have some tough to find items within their huge inventory.! A++

Little expensive but, you get what you pay for. They have all top brands and new designs. Few places to get western work wear in the area. This place has a nice selection and knowlagable staff.

Went to buy bib coveralls,the salesgirls were exceptional helpful making sure I got the right size, then also bought a hooded coat I hadn't planned on doing.
