I've been very ill for some time. This doctor is amazing. I got a diagnosis today. And he is so knowledgeable, explains everything so well. And is very compassionate. I'm so glad my PCP recommended him. The staff is wonderful too.

Dr. Abusag is the best!! Very intelligent, thorough, caring. To me, he is the perfect doctor. His office staff gets 5 stars too. They are great!!

Dr is great his staff is not. I have been trying to have a script refilled for a week. No answers to MyChart messages, no answer to phone messages, if you try to speak to someone they answer and hang up without saying a word.

Dr is amazing, but I agree with the reviews about his staff. No one returns calls or responds to messages on MyChart. The Medical Assistant that brought me back to the room was so rude that I almost walked out. I’m not understanding how more isn’t being done about the staff. And it’s really a shame because he is an amazing Dr, very patient, thorough and kind.

Staff is absolutely terrible! Called and left 4 or 5 messages to get their clinic to call me back after being hospitalized with regards to getting a new Insulin pump and the staff could care less. Clearly no one knows how long 24 hours is and I am currently looking for a new endocrinologist due to how bad the callbacks are from the staff alone. Absolutely terrible!

Doctors a very good. But the staff sucks. I left several messages, and l get no response. It's very frustrating. Maby they need some new training or just replacing with better nicer staff

Clinical staff never answer the phone, phone lines shut off way too early, and there's way too many problems with my prescriptions being handled. This is my first doctor i went to after akron children's and it's only gotten worse over two years.

I have posted here before but I will post again. This office knew all my levels were fine BESIDES super low testosterone,it was all tested before being sent there. They could see all the labs in MyChart. I waited 5 months for an appt for them to say we don't treat that. That's cause they are saying they needed blood work to see all my levels. All my levels were in there. All of them were tested. Not one mention that they couldn't help me in the 5 months I couldn't come. When I asked the nurse why no one said anything she talked herself in circles never answering why when the labs were in there they couldn't tell me that and she ended up hanging up on me. His is ridiculous. Save your time go to Cleveland Clinic.

Dr Abusag is great but this is a warning about Mercy Health and the billing practices! My husband is a disabled veteran who was sent to Dr Abusag through the care in the community act. They have sent him bills repeatedly even after they were in touch with Optimum insurance who is the liaison with the VA. Mercy Health is violating so many rules by sending the veteran a bill which should never happen. Pay close attention when dealing with Mercy Health!
