My husband and I were in the market for a new car due to a job change. We had seen 2 listings online, one at Conicelli and another one at a dealer right up the road. We decided to stop by the other dealer first as they had our desired car in the color. The sales person was terrible, made us feel rushed and just wasn’t someone we wanted to do business with. We explained this to him and left to head to Conicelli. By this time it is 7:30 and they close at 8. We didn’t want to be those customers that keep them from going home so we popped in to just ask a question about possibly holding it until we could come back. Our sale person at Conicelli, Don, was so nice and encouraged us to test drive it that night as he wasn’t concerned what time it was. We went for a drive and got back to the dealer. My husband and I both agreed we liked the car and asked if we could put a deposit on it to hold until Monday because we knew it was about 5 minutes until closing by this point. Don was so nice and told us that if we wanted to just go ahead with the buying process now he wouldn’t mind at all. He was very helpful, personable and made us feel so welcomed. We were impressed to hear he had only been there for a few months because his confidence would make you think otherwise. We ended up going through with the entire process. There was not one minute of our entire time there where we felt as if we were rushed or holding Don and crew up. Everyone was so nice and willing to help. We didn’t get out of there until close to 9:30pm and not one attitude or bad vibe from anyone in there having to work late. We really appreciated everyone at Conicelli and couldn’t say better things about their crew!

Excellent service helpful not pushy efficient. Remember when buying a car was fun? This was about as tolerable as it gets these days. Good experience second car I purchased from Conicelli will be purchasing from them again someday

Had a good experience here. Reasonable price and good service. The salesman was very helpful in showing me different pre-owned options, information on warranties, etc. After I bought the car, I noticed a large crack in the bottom corner of the windshield (the car was not certified pre-owned). Took the car back, and Conicelli had the windshield replaced at no cost to me, which I appreciated. I found that it's best to go in person to the dealership with any questions, rather than call. I left a couple voicemails that were not returned, but when I went in person, I got prompt and helpful service.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership and all of the staff there. I was so blessed that Genia was able to put me in a new car. She is so nice and really cares about her customers. I'd recommend Conicelli Honda both pre-owned and new to anyone looking to buy a car. Even when I went there for service, my experience couldn't have been better. The guys were so eager to assist me.

David K is a wonderful asset to your company. He is friendly and extremely patient. He entertained my daughter the entire time we were there - which was about 4 hours total because we are indecisive. He bought her a snack from the snack machine, which he did not have to do. He was extremely professional, helpful, patient, and kind. Thank you David for the wonderful job you did today.

Great experience buying a gently used car from Conicelli. Quick and painless, we quickly reached a deal and got stuff done! In and out in like ninety minutes, we couldn’t be happier. Thanks.

Amazing service. We were helped by Rich Vetter, he was patient and helpful with all of your question and concerns. If I had to buy another car right now I would certainly go back to Conicelli Honda.

On 8/10 I worked w/ Jordan to purchase a 2016 Ford Edge that I had my eye on for quite some time. He was a great sales person through the entire process, never pushy w/ trying to make a deal or anything like that.

However it was the after experience w/ the vehicle that has made me NEVER want to deal w/ Conicelli(not Jordan, just to be clear) again. I took the car to my local Ford dealership b/c it was slightly out of alignment. Thankfully, I know a couple of the employees at this Ford dealer b/c they could believe that Conicelli would have sold a car w/ so make unattended issues. All 4 brakes were completely shot, the left rear shock was blown(both big time safety issues), and that was on top of it being horribly out of alignment & in desperate need of an oil change. It cost me in excess of $1k to get it all fixed!!!

These are issues that should have been addressed before the car hit the lot, NOT passed on to its next owner. My advice to anyone who deals w/ this management team: take the car to a mechanic you trust aligned w/ the brand you want purchase, and if there are major repairs needed, negotiate those into the sale price of the car. Don’t get stuck with them after the fact and then be told “Sorry, nothing we can do” by management via the sales person(who’s not at fault for that stuff happening at all)

Sorry(not sorry) Conicelli, as mentioned above, I will NOT be a repeat customer.

I would give zero stars if allowed to. Your staff, Jordan, went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right car, and I must say he was truly awesome. However, your Sales Manager, Lou Feliccitti, appeared to be unapproachable. From the moment Lou started getting involved the nature of the discussions changed. Lou seemed intent on denying our dream car. We had finalized a car, and I told him my intent to return the following day to complete the purchase. Once I was home, I emailed Lou with some questions but never received a response. The following day around 1:00 PM, Jordan called me to inform me that the car had been sold the previous night. It would have been courteous for Lou to let me know about the sale. I was prepared to come into Conicelli to complete the purchase later in the evening. Unfortunately, this experience has left me reconsidering future visits to Conicelli. I have never encountered a sales Manager who doesn't want to keep the doors open for a potential customer.

DO NOT GO HERE! I walked in looking to purchase a car and had two vehicles in mind that I had inquired about online and over the phone. They gave me a price for each of them when I walked through the door but refused to give me a trade in value for my vehicle until I signed a deal. Who signs a deal without understanding the entire picture? When I asked them what they think they could give me, they gave me a quote that was laughable without even looking at my vehicle. At this point I'd been to many dealers and I knew what others were asking for my car. I asked them to look at the car and give me a fair quote. They responded with " You didn't drive our vehicles so why would we drive yours?" I didn't drive your vehicles because I had already test driven the car and I had already told you that online, over the phone AND in person. It gets better. I tell them what I had received for the vehicle and the price that I wanted to purchase for the car I was looking at. She came back with an estimated value of my car, did not knock the price down, and asked if I was going to sign. The estimate was not a guarantee. I said until I have a guaranteed trade in value, I wouldn't consider it. She walked back to her manager and out loud so I could hear, said she won't buy. She then came back to where I was seated and essentially walked away from me. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. I'm glad I didn't buy from you. An hour later I went to an even better Honda dealer down the road and made a purchase of the same car with much better service at an even better price than what you "estimated". You all should be ashamed of yourselves! If you want to sell a car, actually be respectful of the people coming in. Folks, don't go here. It's not worth it.

The sales guy Maurice Furtick was horrible!! Worse experience I ever had. Never introduced himself I had to ask one of his colleagues for his name. While I left to get my driver license. Maurice “moe” went back inside. I waited by the car I asked to be shown for about 5 minutes then decided to go back in to look for him. He then came out and said “ you do know we close at 6 right?” At that moment enough is enough. I felt as my business was no good and told him nvm. I was sold on the car and already had my check in hand ready to set the deal. Guess it wasn’t meant to be
