The Home Depot

This has been and continues to be my go-to home improvement store. They manage to stock the store with an incredible amount of products for a store this size. The staff is very professional and helpful and really ready to assist you in finding what ever you are looking for or answering your questions so that you purchase the right item the first time. Can't say enough good things about this one.

I had placed the order online at this store as it was not available at my permanent Home Depot Stores at King of Prussia, PA. Unfortunately, the ordered item was not physically available, and the stores management tried to convince me with another substitute product for the same price. At that moment, l noticed it was intended for an area 10K Sq. Ft., whereas l required for an area of 15K Sq. Ft. The Stores Manager, however didn’t disappoint me, and offered one more bag free of cost. In the meantime, l had contacted my lawn-fixing contractor, who remarked that if there isn’t any other options then to accept this product. l really appreciate the great salesmanship of Home Depot’s Sales Team and Management as a whole. All good wishes at all at the Plymouth Meeting Stores.

Great experience as always.. I could not find advertised item in isle where it was supposed to be but Customer service rep Cody was very helpful with helping me find and checkout the specific advertised item. Great mask free shopping experience.

The guy in the carpet department (didn't get his name but I was there on 04/04 around 3p) was very helpful! He talked me away from the vinyl roll and gave a quick lesson on how to install vinyl planks. After about 50-a gazillion more questions, I decided on 12'x9' carpet. He folded it so that it would fit in my Corolla and reminded me to buy a utility knife to cut it. Easy to install in a 10'x9' room.

This is a very good Home Depot location. Always have good clearance items also.

All I have to say is WOW! It’s the first time in years that I have walked into a Home Depot and received help without asking. Greg approached me several times asking me if I needed help and did . I was able to get the paint I was looking for after making a difficult decision. I’m so glad I decided not to go to Lowes. I will definitely be back thanks to Greg!!! Thanks for bringing customer service back to Home Depot!

A great place to get all of your home improvements needs

Great place to find what you need to fix anything. Went today to check out their spring plants. Still a little cold to plant it be much more favorable in early May.

Home Depot is doing much better. I placed a special order a few weeks ago and t stopped by to get an update and i find out that the items are ready for pickup. The good thing was that the items arrived ahead of the expected date, the bad thing is i was never informed that the items were really for pickup.

Found what I needed without much effort. Great layout - easy to find what you need.

Just finished a trip to Home Depot for a lock nut and we received the best customer service from Kassan and Erik. Kassan was so helpful taking us from bay to bay and aisle to aisle to help us find what we were looking for. Thanks Home Depot!

The kitchen department designed a beautiful kitchen island . Very helpful, appointment was prompt yet I never felt rushed.

Anthony helped me exchange a defective dishwasher a few days after purchasing the dishwasher in stock at the store for my special lady friend. I had gotten myself into a bind having installed the new defective dishwasher and needed to exchange it for a working model before I got the wrath from the lady friend. Tony was leading a staff meeting around 7am at the store and concluded the meeting to personally help me find a replacement. The only available instore replacement cost %20 more and Tony match the price for an equal exchange. Upon installing the new dishwasher it was apparent that the build quality and components on the replacement were far superior to the previously purchased model. Anthony took me from a, “no good deed goes unpunished”, mindset to acknowledging the “penny wise and pound foolish mindset”. Ill start renovating a rental apartment unit in two weeks and will definitely purchase the upgraded dishwasher for my unit and additional units in the future. Thank you Anthony.

The customer service at this Home Depot was top notch! My two friends and I walked in looking completely lost. We walked up to Justine and her coworker and asked about getting a grill from out front. We were greeted with laughter and jokes and we wanted to hang out with them the rest of the night. They were so helpful and efficient. When we thought we couldn’t fit the grill in our car she even brought the big guys out to help us! Would 100% recommend this Home Depot and when you go say what’s up to my girl Justine.

Very efficient and clean install of stair carpet by the crew today. Job done well, pleased with results. Im not pleased with the logisitcs involved from the time the carpet was bought and the definitve date of install was known, with unreturned calls a feature of it all. However, the finished product was what I expected and I am pleased.

Bill in plumbing- thanks for cutting my downspout and saving me time and money, nice to see people go the eextra step.

I placed a very large order a month ago and upon opening my toilets to install we notice one of them didn’t have the proper pieces required to install it. Susanne in customer service and Lou from plumbing made my trip to the store incredibly easy, apologized for any inconvenience, and gave us the proper parts we needed to finish the job. It’s service like that that makes your day better.

As always Home Depot has what I need when I need it. I needed some paste sealer and tape for a metal project. The paint department had a wide variety of what I was looking for.
