Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a bad situation. I came here with my husband who had an emergency. the staff was beyond what I could have asked for. extremely friendly, accommodating, helpful, & just truly angels. His nurse in the ER was amazing. I didn’t get her name. Once he was moved to the surgical floor is was just as great. His nurses Sean & Alena were great & I am so thankful he had them to take care of him.

My husband was admitted to Holy Redeemer and all I can say is he was treated wonderfully. The whole staff from the emergency room to the floor doctors, nurses and everyone there are so wonderful. I am so happy with this hospital. God bless you all.

One of the best hospitals in Pennsylvania! The unique doctors of this hospital brought my beloved wife back to life. It was a lot of complicated operations between life and death. But 5 years ago a wizard named Dr. Steven Fassle worked a miracle and gave us life! The hospital is filled with kindness and mercy! Here are the kindest nurses in the world!

Had surgery on Nov 14. The care I was given was unbelievable. From the recovery room to the rehab floor I was treated like a VIP. From the custodian, nurses taking blood/vitals, my PT staff, those that brought me my food (better good) to my nurses and doctors. They made my recovery so much easier. Thank you. Thanks Dr James McKenzi would recommend him to anyone. Wonderful doctor. Thank you to my nursing staff Alena, Jill ,Christy, Shaun, Greg. They treated me like I was a princess. Thank you again

It's a professionally managed hospital, I went there for taking an X-ray it took only less than 15 minutes to complete my test. It was my first time visit to there,they finished my registration and diagnosis in that time.parking of vehicle in a building for visitors and in an emergency you can take parking nearby Emergency services area.thats for free but there is a limited time.parking in the visitor lot is $1 for 15 minutes to 1 hours.1to 2 hours $2 2 to 4 hours $3 4 to 6 hours $4 and 6+ hours its $5.thats a good value for the money.

I recently just delivered my baby girl here and can’t say enough good about the dr and nurses on staff, my experience was amazing and I was very happy!!!!

First of all reading about all these complaints like for instance the deaf person there are signs in the hospital with braille on them and the food in the hospital. I thought was amazing and let me tell you what happened I went to Abington Hospital complaining of right side pain they did an MRI and bloodwork And told me that it was just gas and sent me home. Oh, and by the way, they don’t have any medicine in there for gas don’t figure I end up going to holy Redeemer Hospital where I found out why I was in so much pain was because my gallbladder needed to be removed so because of Abington’s miss diagnosis, I stayed in pain for two days before going to holy Redeemer Hospital thinking that the pain is going to go away but it didn’t. It just got worse. Abington hospital totally sucks. They should not be teaching students there my blood work came back That I had an infection and they did not do any research to find out where my infection was. I will never step foot in Abington hospital ever again

Where to begin...went in knowing I tested positive for covid but, didn't realize other things were happening to my body. My blood pressure was low, I was severely dehydrated and my kidneys were shutting down. The ER Dr on duty that night was amazing and even I was supposed to leave for my vacation the next day, he convinced me to stay to get the treatment I needed. Once on floor 2 room 2019 my excellent experience began. I always got a different nurse each shift but where one left off the other began was seamless. 2 nurses stood out going that extra mile. That was Toni and Ron. I have used the ER but never had to stay and all I can say I was very impressed compared to other hospitals in the area.

11/16/23 excellent ER service from Erin RN and Dr Simon. Expedient and knowledgeable. Felt comfortable knowing they were caring for my dad.

I had five star service today from Sam in the scheduling department. I received a script this morning for my overdue mammogram. Scheduled it for today, called back to change it to tomorrow instead. Plans changed and I called again to switch it back to today. Sam the scheduler was an absolute doll. So nice and understanding. Be the way, My mammo experience was great. Sam, Thank you for your help.

I was here for a week in January and the care I received was top notch. I was diagnosed quickly and accurately in the ER and was admitted and scheduled for two procedures to correct the issue. Everyone was so friendly, competent and kind. My room was clean and comfortable and the one non-liquid meal I ate that week was delicious :). I would recommend Holy Redeemer over the other hospitals in the area - it has a smaller, better managed feel to it.

My experience was really good. The nurses and the staffs are all sweethearts.

Absolutely the best! They delivered my first child two years ago. The best experience EVER!!!! Now I am on baby #2 and I travel from Delaware weekly and plan to have my second baby delivered here next week. The nurses especially Helen, the doctors, the medical staff all great! The atmosphere is simply the best! They made me feel so comfortable I love them all and will continue to support and praise this hospital especially the maternity ward and MFM.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I have been in and out of ers trying to figure out why I have chronic pain in my abdomen. Holy redeemer was the one hospital that finally found the problem and gave me immediate surgery. They where very prompt and professional. The staff was so kind and comforting and I hate needles..the nurses where so gentle with my IVs. Hands down as many hospital I've have been to in my life this one gave me the best experience. They made me feel heard and safe.

Nice caring staff. Single rooms with big flat screen TV, which is FREE! Telephone is also free, as well as free WiFi. The food is good and portions are decent size. All of my medical needs are taken care of as needed and the nurses response to the call bell is pretty quick. It's a smaller hospital compared to bigger ones in Philadelphia. If you have to be in the hospital you may as well go to one like this.

I had to go to the ER on October 28th. The attending nurse was phenomenal! She was professional and caring and listen to what I had to say and documented it. The doctor that came in to see me also listen to me and did not ignore my concerns. He gave me a referral for somebody he thinks that could help me and also personally facts a copy of my visit to my primary doctor to keep him in the loop.

Ive been coming here since I was 14 and I delivered my first child here in May 2020. Even though the pandemic made it rough and a bit scary, the nurses amd doctors were awesome! & special shout out to MY doctor Dr. Coren. I do wish they had comfortable sleeping options for hubby and of course hospital food is never the best so pack lots of snacks. However, I highly recommend this hospital!

My son was born here. They did wonderful job. All the staff members, doctors and especially nurses were professional and kind. Service was great!! God bless them. Looking forward to coming back for my second one. Thank you everyone!!!

I've had to make multiple trips to their ER over the past few months for issues related to my cancer treatments (received at another institution) and each time, without fail, the ENTIRE staff has been outstanding. From intake/triage to the RNs & MDs assigned to treat me, they couldn't have been more professional/compassionate/knowledgeable. The wait time(s) were absolutely minimal and my care and discharge were handled as efficiently as possible. I've worked for 15 years in the OR of a Phila area hospital and could not be more pleased with ANY of my experiences with the staff at Holy Redeemer. Thank you for everything!!

Holy Redeemer Hospital Maternity provided wonderful care for me and my baby! The skill and compassion of each doctor, nurse, and staff member we came in contact with made all the difference in the most intense experience of our lives. A genuine thank you to all the amazing professionals in the DR and Recovery, especially Dr. Belder and labor coach Octavia and so many others, whose names I can't remember but whose kindness and expertise made giving birth at Holy Redeemer an experience I look back on with gratitude and joy.
