I left my precious engagement ring for repair. A very difficult thing for me to do but Hendrickson’s went out of their way to make me feel confident. In the end they did an absolutely wonderful job. Repairing the setting and polishing my emerald back to its incredible brilliance. This is the place to go for anything jewelry.

Can I start by saying how happy I am to have found this place and work with Jill? I mean, WOW! Knowing nothing about diamonds, I could not have asked for a better person to help me design my engagement ring. With Jill's help, I picked out the exact cut, clarity, and setting I wanted. From there, Dean crafted the most gorgeous engagement ring that exceeded my and now fiance's expectations. Jill and Dean are the dream team for jewelry. Thank you both so much! You guys turned a dream into a reality by creating my forever ring.

I was gifted my mother's engagement ring almost one year after her passing. Wearing the ring just didn't seem right as it only fit on the ring finger of my left hand.

I went to Hendrickson's after reading reviews on Google and trusting they could help me with my idea of an open heart design. I nervously walked in their store, but Jade helped me be at ease. I had pictures of my ideas and they had a beautiful heart necklace in their case. Jade and I were able to talk through my idea and use the necklace from the case as a visual reference.

I am SO grateful for Henrickson's as they have allowed me to keep a piece of my Mama with me everyday.

I had two rings I needed help with...my wedding set which hasn't looked so nice and sparkly since the day I got it. And a sentimental turquoise ring that needed a complete salvage job after being chewed up by my dog! Sarah was great! She made me feel as though I was the only customer in the store and offered very helpful and honest advice. Dean is a true artist. He was able to salvage the pieces I liked best from my damaged ring and create a whole new ring that mirrored the destroyed one. He even corrected a design flaw that existed in the original ring. I couldn't be happier.

I had an anniversary band my husband had made for my wedding set. It did not fit together, and so I went to Hendrickson‘s to see if they could do a redesign without totally changing the look of my wedding set.

They had great ideas, and the result is beautiful. From start to finish, it was great process, and the rework was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Hendrickson’s if you need to have any new jewelry created or have a rework done like I did.

The staff there are amazing! I brought in my wedding set along with my grandmother’s ring as I needed the stone switched. The sales associate was so helpful and so kind. Even with the businesses of the holidays they were able to get my ring done in about a week. Having a jeweler on site gave me the piece of mind, knowing that my jewelry was safe. Having always shopped at a large jewelry chain, I had become disappointed and frustrated by the quality and generic look of the jewelry, and the costomer service was poor at best. What a different experience at Hendrickson's. I took my set, to have it sized and rhodium plated. It looks BRAND NEW. It's not looked this good since I got it. There were no sneaky fees and charges, and no excuses for extra work that my set didn't need. The opposite of what I was getting at the box jeweler. They are so fun at Hendricksons as well. Professional and personal! I feel like I've known Sara and Dean for years, and it's just been since before Christmas. It's a family business and it feels like family. There's so much great about this place. Quality jewelry, custom design work, never feeling rushed or pressured and they do all the work IN HOME. I highly recommend it to anyone whose tired of spending too much for "meh" work, high prices, waiting for weeks for pieces to be sent out, and crummy customer service. It's a wonderful place.
