Burger King

As a Dasher, and as a regular customer, I have never had a problem at Mercer Burger King. They should definitely be recognized and also there should be an increase in pay for the managers and workers. They all work so well together my food is always correct and fresh the atmosphere is amazing. It’s always clean and when I stand behind the counter and I look over everything is always clean and nice, the managers, Miss Pamela, Kristen and Dave do an amazing job plus all of their employees. I drive almost 15 miles extra one way. To come here BECAUSE GROVE CITY IS AWEFUL JUST TERRIBLE BUT IM SO PLEASED WITH MERCER AND ALL THERE STAFF HARD EFFORTS

Even three years and a pandemic later, I have found this BK restaurant to still have the same great taste, service, and atmosphere since my original review.
Yes, like most businesses since 2020, they too suffer from a shortage of staff. With that in mind, I've yet to be dissatisfied. I am just more patient and understanding.
The food still spot on. Unlike other fast food chains, I think I have only had to return once or twice becasue something was amiss with my order. Mind you, I'm a frequent flyer. When they mess up, they typically fix the problem.
My only grumble is not atypical. It's the numerous visitors to this exit (i80 exit 15) that stop in and DON'T see the restaurant. Some still think that the old McDonald's restaurant is also BK. If you keep going down Steingrabbe, which is the road by Shell, you'll find BK.

The team was super friendly this visit. It was late, so I had a slight wait on a large onion rings. MANAGER came to drive thru window and informed me. And truly it wasn't even that long of a wait. Will visit this location on all my trips

Stopped in on a long trip. Service was awesome, they even carried the tray for my wife to the table, food was great. I'm not from around here but I will make an effort to stop in whenever I make this drive again.

Newly remodeled location. Food took a little bit but in all fairness, they were busy with the drive thru during a lunch rush. The dining area was very clean!

After church as a young person, My family and a few close friends would eat here, or a Pizza Joe's. it is always very nastolgic coming here and i love their food.

Had a chicken and fries double meal with my son and it was worth it 👌 😌 💙

Everything was great at Burger King I got to ghost Whopper asked them to put extra sauce on it and I asked for a sight of mayonnaise to dip my fries in if you're driving the interstates and you're coming through Mercer County on 80 I recommend you stop there the people are very nice very clean restaurant and I was very happy with the service

Food was fast, hot, and good. Counter workers friendly and efficient. Lobby area was clean. 👍

I had a great experience with this Burger King!! I ordered on their app in the parking lot and asked to pick up in store because I wasn't going to fit through the drive through with my single axle trailer, but when I tried to go inside, I saw a note on the door that said they were drive thru only. So, I pulled up to the drive thru, explained myself, and the person on the other side said they would bring our orders out to us. However, they brought them out one at a time, which I thought was rather off considering there were only two orders, but, I guess they were just being careful. Or eating up time in the day. Either way, our food was made correctly and cheaper than the Burger King in Barkeyville, in Fact!!!

Now that places are open, I enjoy returning to dine in. The food and people are awesome 😎.

A great, quick stop to make along the way when getting on (or off) Rt80 to 79 for our long passages to and from camp and home. Always friendly and clean.

Best Whopper I've had in a long time. They didn't throw it together carelessly. It looked like it could've been from a TV commercial. Very pleasant employee at the drive through.

After a long day driving semi through Pennsylvania hills through icy weather they let me park overnight. Made everything fresh in a reasonable time and explained how long it would be. Food was very well made and FRESH. Friendliness and service was above and beyond. Same exact thing when I woke up for breakfast. Thank you from a weary Trucker. Hard to find these days.

Morning people are extremely nice here. I love getting coffee and breakfast here because they are open early and the people are so sweet. They set the tone for a great day because they always have a bright cheery smile and something kind to say. When my dog is with me they always give me a treat for him to which is really sweet and over the top. Because they go the extra mile to make me feel special and treat me kindly, I go the extra miles to get breakfast here.
