WOW! What an absolutely awesome experience dealing with your company and your products. The barstools arrived this morning and are assembled already. We purchased 35 bar stools and were extremely happy with the quality and service. There was a minor issue that was handled quickly and professionally. Communication with ECC&B was great.

East Coast Chair & Barstool shipped my franchisee tables for his Mellow Mushroom and they were better than expected! We purchased tables from the Homestead collection and even though they are a laminate material, they look very close to wood and the highest quality of a laminate I've ever seen. We were very pleased with how everything was packaged, there were no damages, the tables were easy to put together, and they delivered right in time for the restaurant's dining room to open up. We are very pleased, will be ordering more, and will highly recommend!

We recently purchase the Reclaimed Custom Barn Wood dining tables with the Urban steel bases for use at one of our busy food and beverage outlets at our ski resort. Wow, were we impressed with the quality of the product! The tables are both highly attractive and incredibly stout. Matched up with the steel bases, we’re expecting many years of service out of these tables in the highly abusive and demanding environment of our ski resort. I'll admit to first skimming through eBay when I'm looking for a particular item, but I always try to track down the item (or something close to it) locally to support our area merchants and economy. It was a pleasant surprise to find exactly what I was looking for online and learning that it was offered for sale by a local company.

East Coast Chair & Barstool really did earn a five star rating from me. I don't often post Google reviews, but when I do, it's because of an outstanding experience with a particular company. From the initial contact via eBay, to the emails exchanged between Michelle (internet sales and customer service person) and I, to the friendly, polite, and helpful warehouse man I met when I picked it up in person, there is no way I could be happier with both the product I bought and how I was treated. I'm not a company shill, just a regular guy who needed a table for his deck, so I hope my honest remarks regarding my purchase, the quality of the piece I bought, and how they treated me as a customer, will give you the confidence to consider them when you're looking for furniture.

After the sale when one of the chairs arrived with a gouge in the arm, they promptly had another one made and shipped out to me immediately. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
