Incredible! Came in for a billing problem that was never resolved for many months. The manager Mohammed came out and took the time to go over everything on the account. He checked for promotions and discounts, explained why our bill has been high for so long, and was actually able to resolve our bill issues.

I came in with some questions and the staff here were more than happy to help. Asif took a look at my account and helped guide me into a new phone and plan that not only fixed the problems I originally came in with but gave me an amazing deal no other store could come close to

David and Miya did a fabulous job setting me up with two new phones, two tablets, and a fitbit. They went out of their way to go the extra mile to help with instructions, giving many discounts, and staying past closing time. I would highly recommend their services.

David at the Springhouse store was outstanding! He was patient, knowledgeable, informative , and professional. While he guided me through my new phone purchase, he went the extra mile to help me retrieve emails from my son who recently passed away. I will be forever grateful.

I needed to get a travel plan for my phone while I am away on a trip. When I arrived at the Spring House store, David already had my account open and ready to go. He provided all of the information I needed and told me about other Verizon offers I could take advantage of. It took about five minutes to actually accomplish what I wanted to do. David was pleasant, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient! I can't say enough about how pleasant he made the experience! Why can't every business interaction be like that?
