I am a die hard fan of good customer service and need to give credit where it's due. The team at the UPS Store in Spring House is consistently helpful, patient, kind and professional when I visit. Kudos to awesome service! It is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I work locally to this UPS location and every time I am there to mail something or drop off a return, these young men are always so nice, super friendly, accommodating and helpful. I have personally interacted with Jayden many times. This evening I came in with a bunch of large area rugs to return and Jayden was wonderful in assisting me with this large return-- he was kind, quick and thorough. I have lived many places(other cities/states) so I've frequented many different UPS locations and at this location the customer service even at minutes before closing, they are always so nice--it's rare these days to see someone happily helping a customer minutes before closing their store. I am sure the pandemic has increased demand for them and with only having 1 or 2 employees they keep things positive and moving. Great customer service, it deserves to be acknowledged!!

One female employee (blonde and bold personality) really handled a crazy busy store with ease, not sure if she was a manager or regular employee but she was really amazing and swift. Super kind and patient with me and my spotty phone service, will definitely come here if I need to us UPS again!

Spring House UPS store is consistently one of the better UPS stores in the area. Our company uses this location for their Mail Box Services. Dan, Gwyn & Alina go above and beyond to be helpful. We could relocate our Mail box services to a UPS store that is closer to our offices, However, the service we get from UPS Store1493 at Spring House is too outstanding to go elsewhere. I have found that even if I am shipping something from my home, that it is worth the drive to go to the Spring House location so that the package ships properly. This UPS store location is such that parking is easy and convenient, which is not the case with some of the locations closer to my office. They do a great job with our mail and our UPS shipping.

Q is the best!!! I had a gigantic package that I could not fit back in the box for the life of me… (I’m a small gal lol) Q came around & helped me secure/tape the box so I would be able to return it. He is always so helpful & really good at multitasking. Give this man a raise!!

This UPS Store is the most accommodating one I've been to! The staff are all very friendly, personable, and genuinely glad to help you - such a refreshing concept. I drive out of my way to use this location for shipping packages. They really get "customer service" here.

This is a great UPS store. Owner is client oriented and also a good boss/employer. Once, he let me pack up my stuff right in the parking lot. I had a ton of belongings to move long distance, he put the boxes together for me, I popped the trunk of my car and got busy packing them into the "custom" sized boxes. Whenever I am back east and I need to send "stuff" back to Seattle, I use this UPS.

I’m writing this review specifically for Alina, the manager of the Springhouse UPS store, who was wonderful in resolving a problem with a very important package I shipped to my son in California. 3 days after taking my package to the store, all that showed on UPS tracking was that a label had been created for the package the day I brought it to the store. I made the mistake of calling the 877 UPS Customer Service number instead of calling the store, and UPS Customer Service couldn’t have been worse! Not only were they beyond unhelpful, but they insisted there was no way their organization could have made any mistake, and they pointed the finger of responsibility at the store in Springhouse. Long story short, when UPS contacted the Springhouse store, Alina got involved and not only proved that UPS DID cause the problem (not her store), but she became my advocate with UPS. The next day, she was able to track down my package that was in California on a delivery truck, and she was able to prove that the UPS pickup person in Springhouse never scanned my package here in PA, which is why I couldn’t track it online. The proof that this was UPS’s error and not her store’s was clear because the “Original Scan” showed in the UPS system as taking place in San Pablo, CA. Thankfully, the important package made it to my son, although with no help or reassurance from UPS Customer Service. Bottom line, Alina was not only determined to resolve the issue, but she was determined to maintain my confidence in her store and in her, which she did with sincerity, warmth and much reassurance. She definitely did it - thank you, Alina!!!!!! I hope you’ll be rewarded for your excellence!!!

I wish to acknowledge and thank Gwen at the Spring House UPS store for her time and patience in helping me return an Amazon package. I had inadvertantly printed off a "Return at Kohls" label - Gwen patiently and very knowledgeably helped me work on my phone to cancel the Kohl's label and generate an appropriate Amazon label, and then put my package together for me. I definitely recommend Gwen and this UPS store.

The staff in this store is the best I’ve ever experienced. So courteous and eager to help. I would travel out of my way to use this store. Thanks for making my shipping and printing needs a breeze

I came in early Monday morning and Alina helped me out with my returns. She was a patient and very kind young lady with a great bubbly personality!

They are reliable, friendly, and helpful.
