Kevin and his team were AMAZING! Excellent communication, precisely on time, and beautifully completed roof! We couldn't be happier with how our house looks with its new lid!

I needed a new roof and gutters and began to search for a roofing contractor online. Finding a company to do the work right can be a challenge. I got several quotes and each one was different not only in price but also in what was needed. One roofer said I needed new soffits and another said the skylight had to be replaced. Now I was confused in knowing what was really needed and thinking some roofers were just trying to upsell the job. I decided to use J&S Family Roofing because I knew right up front they were very experienced and honest. Kevin, who gave me the estimate, listened to all my concerns, took his time to address any questions I had, and he explained exactly what was needed without any upselling. The following week, I called Kevin twice with questions and again, he very politely answered them and told me to call him anytime with any other concerns. I also spoke with Meryl and Dustin, who were also knowledgeable and very helpful. J&S's review ratings were very high and I liked that they were certified GAF shingle installers. The work crew did the whole roof in one day and did a thorough job cleaning up. Being GAF certified, J&S was able to offer me their 25 year golden pledge warranty! The price was great and I couldn't ask for a better experience. BTW, I DID NOT need new soffits or a skylight. My roof looks fabulous and I am 100% happy with J&S Family Roofing and highly recommend them!

J&S Family Roofing did our entire exterior (Roof, Siding, Gutters). The experience was excellent from start to finish. Dustin was our main point of contact and he and the office staff communicate well and are very responsive and attentive to details. J&S offers excellent pricing and value for the warranty and quality of work provided. The team works efficiently and quickly. Scheduling was quick and easy and the crew was flexible (even on our busy street!). The crew was very attentive to details and cleaned up the property nicely. So pleased with every aspect of how the project went!

J&S did the roof and gutters of our Church AND Parsonage (the house in which I live). The congregation could not be happier with the work.

Long story short... after dragging my feet to green light a company who had done my mother's house months before, a church member gave me J&S's contact info. They had the family business vibe and were much more better in cost. Once the church agreed to move ahead, J&S started on the roof the next week and was done both roofs in a week.
They were neat, courteous, and cleaned up well. They also respond quickly to follow up questions.
They are be a tough company to beat in any aspect of replacing a roof.

What a great team at J&S Family Roofing! The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. If I had to leave a message they got right back to me. Kevin was the coordinator with my job. He was very easy to work with and accommodating to my needs and schedule. The job was done in a day and the clean up was meticulous. I highly recommend.

Our roof replacement experience was very pleasant from sales to completion. We love the GAF Master Elite process that J&S is certified to install and they stand behind their work. Install was completed in 1 day and the cleanup was excellent. There was very few leftover nails and pieces of the old roof once they were finished. Overall, an excellent and pleasant experience. Would recommend J&S for any roof replacement/repair.

J&S Family roofing contacted me to give me an estimate on our flat roof. They came out promptly and their estimator looked it over, gave me a price and said they would be out in a week and a half, and they were. The workers did an excellent job in removing, replacing and shoring up this old roof. It looks nice, and it keeps out the rain and snow1 Just what a roof should do. Very nice people to deal with and excellent work. Even though they did provide some extra security, they did not charge me anything more. I would definitely use them again.

Kevin and his crew did a great job. They replaced the entire roof and all of the plywood in one day. They added vents as discussed. But they also spread tarps to protect our gardening and did a great job with cleaning up nails and other debris. After the job was done I noticed some cracks in a few ceiling spots. Kevin is arranging to have somebody come by to repair them at no cost. He also sealed a leak on my roof that was creating water spots during his initial inspection. Contrast this with the roof I had done in 1998. I was picking up nails and other debris for many months. The foreman, a very big guy, actually got in my face to intimidate me when I pointed out a few cracks. And the vents were plugged so the attic got very hot. I'd recommend Kevin and J&S to anybody. Good job guys!

J & S replaced my roof with no problems. Job was done within estimate and a short time between issuing estimate and getting the job done. Crew arrived promptly and got right to work. Job crew were polite and courteous and cleaned up well before leaving. Received numerous reviews from neighbors and all complimented on the look of my roof. Recommendation well deserved.

J&S did a great job installing my new roof. Stu was knowledgeable and seems to really care about doing the job the right way. I was happy with the job the crew did and how well they cleaned up my yard. Meryl and Heather in the office were also very nice. My house looks great and I look forward to enjoying a beautiful, well installed roof for many years to come.

J&S did a great job on our new roof. They were professional, responsive and made the process super easy. I would highly recommend for all your roofing needs.

We found J&S on Yelp and contacted our contractor for their honest opinion. We heard nothing but good things. And wow, I’m very, very impressed with the communication, follow up, professionalism and work done. We had our flat roof replaced in South Philly and had them out again for a new gutter. Both times they were responsive, supervisors came to meet with me, they took time to explain things, and the workers were 100% professional and respectful of our home. I wish J&S could help with all of my home projects. I’d hire them over and over again.

I had a leak in my family room roof. J & S was one of the few companies that even returned my phone calls in a timely fashion. They came out to evaluate the roof quickly, gave me a fair price and got me on their schedule in a timely manor. They did the Family room and breezeway roof (which was the same age) in a day.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

In November, J&S gave me an estimate for a roof for our addition. It was the best price out of 5 estimates. I had contact with various J&S employees who were helpful and friendly. A few days later, they installed a new roof on our addition. The old shingles were removed, and four areas needed new plywood installed due to rot. I was informed throughout the process of what and why something needed to be done. The work crew was respectful and kept the yard clean as they progressed. When it was completed, I could not tell that I had work done on my home and the new roof is beautiful! As luck would have it, my neighbor's father, a retired roofer, was visiting. He watched the entire process and was impressed with the work. I will be using J&S to install a new roof on my garage next year!

They where supposed to do my roof last Thursday but when they showed up they thought it was to windy, that should tell you all you need to know that someone cares about safety. They came Monday and banged it out in one day even with alot of bad plywood if anyone asks me for a recommendation they have mine

I am extremely happy with the professionalism of J&S roofing. From my initial contact with Meryl through completion of the job with Kevin. Kevin provided me FaceTime information on roof damage and actual repairs. They arrived on time and completed the work with no mess. They even changed a spotlight bulb for me! I highly recommend them.

I was very Please. with the job Did an excellent job of cleaning up workmanship is very good? I had a lot of nooks and crannies. I've done roofs befor look to me like my roof was kind of a pain in the butt, but they did an excellent job and in a short period of time.
