I was in the store on 11/10/2023 and I came back because I had very good service last time. The person who helped me was really nice and very helpful. This place is a hidden gem.

Been going here for 2 Years. Mike is a gentleman and gives the individual care and compassion that big box stores only dream of. Every customer is treated with respect and the repairs that I have needed and product availability is excellent.

So glad I found this hardware store! Had screens replaced n they were ready overnight! People are friendly and knowledgeable n you don't have to deal with the larger stores n walk around in circles trying to find something! Highly recommend!

I almost don't want to review Ackers because they are the hidden gem of the area. They are our secret stash spot! The staff will always go out of their way for you. Their stock is always great and they will get you what you need if they don't have it on hand. I go to them instead of the big box stores whenever I can.

Shopping here takes me back to the days of going to the hardware store with my father. When shopping here, you can ask questions without getting a attitude, you can have small talk that doesn’t feel forced, you’ll receive quality advice with a smile. Whenever possible, I avoid the big box stores and shop here. The customer service is a 12 on a scale of 1 - 10.

+This is like going into an old time Hardware store that when you ask a question they walk with you to the product you need and explain everything you need to know. You are never rushed. I am always surprised that a smaller box store almost always has what you NEED. If they don't, they make sure you don't have to wait for ever to get it...Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff.

Needed a hard to find item. They had it and were very helpful to find in store and give options to use and other things needed.

I've been going to Ackers Hardware, since forever. They always help getting me out of a jam. Always friendly people, unlike the big chain stores. If you're not building a whole. Then they most likely will have what you need. 5 star rating. A+.

A small place, relative to the big guys, but they have just about everything you'll need for repairs and work around the house. A great go to store.

There inventory is expanding. They don't carry large quantities but when u just need a few items lime bags of concrete or 2×4's, it's the go to when HD/ lowes is to gar
