Dr. Alexander is professional kind and caring. She made excellent recommendations for the foot care of my geriatric parent. Not only has she acquired a new patient from my mother but I will also use her services and have already told 2 friends about her.

Although the doctor is quite pleasant, a
"medical pedicure" completed in 20 minutes, wasn't what I was expecting. My nails were cut, but not filed into shape. Some dead skin from my heels was buffed away, but not completely. The service provided wasn't worth the out of pocket cost for me.

She was the best doctor I had until she moved in her new office and now require patients to have a debit or credit card on file in her office. I don't have a copay and asked her why would I have to have my bank card on file. I was told that's the new policy!!!! I guess I'll find another foot doctor who doesn't have to have my bank card on file in their office. With all the hacking and scams going on I'm not leaving my bank card nowhere but in my wallet!! You have to be careful about where you use your cards because of skimmers, and people stealing your card numbers. Sorry Dr but your new rules Suck!! I found a good foot doctor Dr. Kenneth Stein on Germantown Ave and Mt. Pleasant Ave who takes walk-ins on Wednesday and I don't have to have a Credit or Debit card on file!!!

I was under the impression that I would be getting a medical pedicure and the only thing that I received was my ingrown toenails being cut. The rest of my toenails weren't even cut and the dead skin was not removed. I was just given a prescription for Lactic Acid. Under the FAQ's on the website, it stated that the medi-pedi would be 30-60 minutes long and I think I got a good 15-20 minutes tops.
