Nick at Modani Furniture in King of Prussia and the Rose were so nice and so helpful with helping me choose my beautiful new kitchen chairs. They are perfect! Nick helped me get out of my comfort zone with the color choice!

We worked with Sydney to purchase our dining room set and she was great. Very attentive and super helpful. The delivery was also fantastic! The team was on time, knew what they were doing, and super careful. It was a great experience and we would recommend them highly.

The Aviana Outdoor set is absolutely gorgeous on our deck! Love the teak table top and the chairs are a perfect match! Looking forward to many memorable outdoor meals this summer! We absolutely love the contemporary furniture Modani offers which is hard to find in this area. Rose helped us to find the perfect sectional for our family room back in February. The chairs got delivered only 2 weeks after ordering them and we absolutely LOVE the new look and seating comfort.

Recently, I bought a reclining chair and ottoman, and as I was setting up the purchase online, a very helpful person named Sydney asked if I needed help and from then on Sydney was over the top helpful. Sydney was able to expedite it and work with me on every phase, including a mishap upon delivery that was taken care of beyond my expectations. I was told that Modani wanted me more than satisfied with my purchase, and was connected to Gary who was as helpful as Sydney in making sure I was happy with an over the top solution.
Even afterwards, Sydney , double checked, and made sure I was all good on everything to be sure. Rest assured, I’m a customer for life.

I currently have the Modani Bergamo Sofa with a recliner. The recliner is making some banging noises upon open and close. I called Modani and spoke with Gary and he jumped right on the issue and is getting it corrected immediately. Great customer support and I would highly recommend them.

I recently had a terrific experience with Modani customer service. I purchased a table from Modani a couple years ago. The table was fine until last week when the glass had a defect that showed, so I reported it to the store I purchased it from. The store had Gary from customer service reach out to me to address the issue. After explaining the issue to Gary and sending some pictures he resolved the issue by crediting me for the table. Gary was very polite, professional and apologetic. He was easy to talk to and was very quick with email and text responses around the issue. I really appreciated his help and I highly recommend Modani as a result.

Sydney is an excellent design consultant. Rose is a very supportive and helpful store manager. Gary, the customer service representative, was extremely helpful and quick to respond when helping us with an issue with our furniture post delivery.

Rose was our sales rep and we were looking for a dining room table. It was crowded the day we were there and waited until someone could assist. The first sales associate was very good at answering all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the product. We went back and forth, and finally made our decision. It was important for us to receive our dining table before Thanksgiving and the day we were there was the actual cut off day for a Thanksgiving delivery. That’s when we met Rose, we discovered that unfortunately, the table that we decided on would not be delivered to the warehouse in time for them to deliver to our home before Thanksgiving. At this point, we had spent a good deal of time in the show room and had our hopes up. We knew it was not Rose’s fault but she unfortunately had to deliver the news. We were pretty sad. Rose then made a suggestion that although that she could not promise this, but she said she would do her best to check to see if perhaps another family would give us their order and then they would take our order. Assuming they didn’t need the table before Thanksgiving, and that way we would be able to receive the table. It was late in the day, and the store was about to close. So we decided to go ahead and order the table, and Rose reiterated that she would do her best, but could not promise. Not more than 45 minutes had gone by after leaving the store when we got a text message from Rose saying that she was able to switch out another families order so that we can receive our table in time for Thanksgiving because the other family didn’t need it for Thanksgiving. Rose is the BEST and she went above and beyond our expectations!!!! So Thanksgiving went off without a hitch and everyone loves our beautiful table!!! Thank you Rose!

We are so happy with modani and the store manager Rose! After 8+ hours of couch shopping, we found this little store with pluck and charm amongst the behemoth brands and we are SO glad we did. The sofa is amazing and the customer service is friendly and helpful. Definitely check this place out!

Painless, professional, and I am incredibly happy with the quality of the furniture. I stopped into the store in the mall and met Rose, an extremely kind and helpful person. I had a little difficulty figuring out the purchase online (I initially thought I wanted to finance), so I emailed Rose and she set everything up in no time. I was scheduled for Oct 1 delivery, and it appeared on Oct 1. It looks like some other people had some issues but for me: 10/10 would recommend.

I recently bought a couch from Modani and I was extremely pleased from start to finish with their customer service and the couch. The team in the store was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding what I wanted. I will definitely be looking to buy additional furniture from them in the future.

Bought several pieces of furniture for living, dining and bedrooms. Modani makes high quality & durable furniture, the items arrived as promised and was able to assemble them in minutes. First time shopper here at Modani and bought the Envy bedroom set.( bed frame, headboard, dresser, side night stand and mirror) The design and wood selection for this set is gorgeous. We were looking for a bed frame that was flushed to the floor and the one they had in the showroom looks amazing. It looked sleek and design goes well with our home decor. Delivery came this past Saturday 11/19 and because of the wood type, the packages it came in was extremely heavy. (Dresser, bed frame and headboard) There were 3 delivery people that helped bring the set up to the bedroom. In no way my husband and I would of been able to bring that up ourselves. Most of the items came assembled already so there weren’t a lot we needed to do. We noticed once things were in place, there were slight issues with the furniture. Drawers from the dresser were not installed evenly but still usable. It just was not evenly spaced as I would of hoped. The bed frame was not quite as flushed to build and part of the wood was offset by a bit. I contacted their customer service (11/21) by texting them photos and a short blurb of my issues. Jenece texted backing (11/22) and assisted me very quickly next day and am satisfied with their resolution. I was afraid it would take a while for them to get back to me but they did get back to me the next day and resolved my concerns.

I still have other furniture to come and will update again once received.

We bought dining room chairs from Modani. Rose Freed was our salesperson. She was a pleasure to work with. She measured the chairs for us to make sure they would fit and helped us determine that the grey chairs would look nice with our dining table. It turns out Rose was right, the dining chairs look beautiful and we could not be happier!
