Rich and Terence were able to make the best of a difficult situation in my old house. They gave me quotes for best and worst case scenarios and were clear on what issues they might face and what that could mean for the scope of the job. I knew these were the issues and that is why I called Reliable Plumbing for their help. Because of their skill and experience, they got this repair completed in about an hour while avoiding all the potential challenges that would have escalated this job. Our home had a few plumbing issues, that could have eventually led to much larger issues. Terence and Rich were sent out from Reliable plumbing and they went above and beyond to fix each issue. The price point was very good and the quality of work was even better. They even did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. I needed my garbage disposal replaced and Reliable Plumbing stood up to their name!! They scheduled my service right away and did the replacement with no problems at all. Rich was my plumber and Terrance was his assistant. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and professionalism. They were also very pleasant and left the work area very neat and clean. This is our 4th time using Reliable. Rich and Terrance were fantastic today. They were very quick and clean.

I just had a pipe leak from our outside faucet on Friday afternoon, 3/29/24. I called Reliable Plumbing and within 30 minutes they were at my location. The two individuals, Rich and Terrance, were not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but they were just as personable. Within two hours the problem was fixed and I was using the outside faucet. And the price was extremely reasonable.

I had an emergency leak that they resolved for me super fast! within 40 min I had someone at my house to help. they also quoted me on the spot the repairs required and came back the next day to perform them. Reliable has been their go-to for plumbing and heating for a few years now. When I called the office, the office manager was polite, cordial, and professional; they got me set up right away with a next-day morning appointment.

Mo & A.J. called an hour before they came out and replaced my (faulty) programmable thermostat with a dial thermostat. Mo patiently discussed with me the benefits of a dial thermostat over the programmable thermostat in mechanical terms that were plain and made a lot of sense. I hadn't realized how using it had actually been costing me more money in heating costs, and how it also had been multiplying the wear-and-tear on my heating system over the years.

I have had low-level anxiety over the unpredictability of the programmable thermostat's functionality for years, but, had been resigned to using it, because I had long ago been convinced (when they first became popular) that it was a better choice. That anxiety has disappeared, and now I have a clearer understanding of how my heating system works.

I would definitely recommend this company to others; they are down-to-earth, friendly, prompt, professional and the price for job was fair.

I was having issues with air getting into my water lines that run to the bathroom faucets. Maurice & AJ were quick to get out for diagnosis, and swiftly identified and resolved the issue. While running some tests, Maurice caught a small leak on another pipe and tightened up the pipe proactively. I appreciated their knowledge & professionalism. I would definitely recommend their services!

Had outside stack and T-pipe replaced on 10/19/23. Rich and his crew did a great job in a short time. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

My hot water heater went on Monday morning, called another company who came out at first and gave an estimate. I then called Big Mike at Reliable to get a 2nd opinion and they came out later that afternoon. Gave a better price with a quicker turnaround and they came out the next morning and had it replaced. Best part was my tenant didn’t even notice that we changed it out and never had to take a cold shower. Quick, easy, efficient, great communication and very reasonable. 5/5 stars and the best in the area!

Rich and Terence are the best!!!! I called and spoke with a gentleman and he sent these guys out asap. I had a leaking shower head that lead to pipes being changed. This duo Rich and Terence fixed the problem and I was satisfied 😌. I highly recommend these 2. This is my 3rd time using this company and they never failed me!! Thanks again guys!!!

Working with Reliable was an incredible experience. They worked on a basement drain pump on very short notice, provided a great price point, and were in constant communication with me. OMG the best plumbers in the city. Rich and Terence went above and beyond to fix my heater. At 28 degrees, I am glad they were able to fix the issue. I am so thankful. I will be requesting the dynamic duo anytime I have issues with my heating or plumbing.
