We had a fantastic experience with Amy!! We were looking for wigs that would be better suited for a white woman and this store came through! Amy was so helpful and kind. They have the largest selection of wigs for white woman we've seen thus far!!

The staff was very helpful - from getting us clear directions to find the store to helping us choose a product. They were VERY supportive and nice!

I had skin surgery on the top of my head, and I needed a wig until my hair grows in. After wasting time and $$ ordering my first wig on-line (and returning it) a couple of times, I finally found Beauty Zone. It was a wonderful experience to walk in and be helped by Amy. We found the most beautiful wig and I love it. I might keep wearing wigs even after my hair grows back. THANK YOU AMY & BEAUTY ZONE.

Beauty zone is amazing. The staff is so friendly and they are never annoyed if you ask a question, i feel like they are generally there to help me. My daughter loves the store and we go about 2x a month for everything from hair, wigs, hair lotions, lip gloss..basically everything. Beauty zone is so much better then Sally beauty.

Shopped for a short wig and found the perfect one, in all respects (style, color, size) within minutes. Amy provided excellent advice and service. The store has a great selection of wigs, extensions, makeup, etc. I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality merchandise.

I wont go anywhere else for extensions! The quality and diversity at beauty zone are UNMATCHED anywhere else, not to mention the incredible customer service. They also have a rewards program and as a frequent customer it adds up fast for discounts off next purchase. I cannot say enough great things. I’m not sure why people are saying they’re racist . I’ve been here plenty of times and never experienced racism... the Asian women were helpful and funny. They also have African American young women working that were helpful and they all seem to have a good relationship . Customer service was amazing and the selection was good .. prices are not too bad

Highly recommend by my hair stylist. The selection is great to stores clean staff is friendly. The prices are good they're priced like an actual beauty stores and not the mall pricing you'd expect. They have a nice selection of wigs and bundles.

It’s hard finding a beauty supply store that caters to multicultural hair products, Beauty Zone is definitely the store! The staff is friendly, professional and vey patient! Love the staff!

Hands down the BEST wig shopping experience Ive ever had!!! Originally from philly, i have not been able to find a beauty supply store on the mainline / kop area for black women. So the past few months since I’ve moved here, I’ve relied on aliexpress which can be cumbersome and annoying, not knowing what you’re buying. Plus the human hair wigs are expensive and don’t last long.
When I came to beauty zone, I was shocked at how big it was. The selection is HUGE and the place is so clean and nice. Amy was awesome!! She helped me pick out exactly what I came looking for. I picked up two platinum blonde wigs which I wear for everyday purposes and a brown one for conservative meetings. So stoked that I came in and got exactly what I wanted. Was anxious bc I have a date tonight and I didn’t want to wear the same tired wig I was holding onto from aliexpress haha. The store has a free rewards program too which I’ve never heard of for beauty supply stores. That is amazing bc I’ll definitely be going back!!!!!

Omg it's hair store heaven. So many different styles that you can't find in norristown! Definitely worth the drive. Also I found the ladies who work there to be very nice.

The staff are so polite. I can go in and find anything I need to meet my hair needs. I also like that they have a program where everytime you make a purchase you gain money that can be used on future purchases.

Love this store they are so welcoming as soon as you walk in they know everything about all their products from wigs, hair dye ,makeup tongue rings, jewelry all type hair products for all types of hair etc...

They couldn't be more helpful! Helped me find a wig that looks great on me and were knowledgeable about how to care for it. I will definitely be back for any hair care needs.
